Pudu MP2000 vs T600 Underride: Which Handling Method?

PUDU Turkey Hub & Competence Center

These two models are not two price points for the same job but two different handling methods. The MP2000 takes the load from under the pallet with forks; the T600 Underride slides beneath a rack or cart with its low body and lifts from the centre. The right choice follows from what your load actually sits on.

What is the load sitting on?

If the load is on a pallet and will be taken with forks, the MP2000. If it sits on a rack, a cart or a platform and will be lifted from below, the T600 Underride. That single question settles most cases.

Payload and body dimensions

MP2000: 2000 kg payload, 1585 × 910 × 1870 mm body, forks lifting to 200 ± 5 mm and lowering to 80 ± 5 mm.

T600 Underride: 600 kg payload, 845 × 500 × 255 mm low-profile body, 94 kg. The low profile is the feature here, since it is what lets the robot slide under a rack.

Speed, aisles and manoeuvring

The MP2000 travels at 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s loaded, performing 90-degree pallet pickup in 2000 mm aisles for 1200×1000 mm pallets and 1960 mm for 1200×800 mm pallets. The T600 Underride runs between 0.2 and 1.2 m/s and moves along narrow lines thanks to its compact body.

Deployment and navigation

Neither model needs tape on the floor. On the MP2000 side, 3D LiDAR-SLAM and VSLAM fusion works together with edge AI that assesses storage occupancy and pallet type, and learns non-standard load carriers.

Can they work together?

Yes, and in most facilities that is the right setup: palletised flow on the MP2000, rack and cart flow on the T600 Underride. See the warehouse and logistics robot guide for the full model list and which job belongs to which class.
