Overview
PUDU MP2000 is Pudu Robotics' AI-native autonomous pallet handling robot. Its 1585 × 910 × 1870 mm body carries up to 2000 kg, lifting forks to 200 ± 5 mm and lowering them to 80 ± 5 mm.
Navigation is based on 3D LiDAR-SLAM and VSLAM fusion, requiring no reflectors, magnetic tape or floor markers. On-board edge AI assesses whether a storage location is occupied, what type of pallet it faces and how much clearance a route needs — recognising three-runner and perimeter-base pallets while learning non-standard load carriers. It aligns automatically to manually placed pallets offset by up to 15 cm and angled up to 15°.
Fork insertion completes in 20 seconds, and the robot travels at up to 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s loaded. Because it performs 90° pallet pickup in aisles as narrow as 2 m, existing warehouse space can be used more densely without expansion. Under distributed fleet orchestration each robot decides for itself, so the fleet stays in sync even when the central connection drops.
For safety, depth cameras and 3D LiDAR form a multi-layer protection stack with 360° perception of people, equipment and obstacles — avoiding or stopping for dynamic obstacles and rerouting autonomously around static ones. Tasks are dispatched through PUDU Link, APIs, voice commands or task buttons, with optional integration to elevators, automatic doors and other IoT devices.
Two variants are available: the MP2000 Standard (MPID01-M) with 620 mm fork outer width and the MP2000 Narrow Fork (MPID01-N) with 550 mm forks. In Turkey it is offered through Pudu Robotics partner robotlar.org with Turkish technical support, installation consulting and after-sales service.
Plug-and-Play, Rapid Deployment
Powered by multi-sensor navigation and edge intelligence, the robot requires no site modifications, platform integration, or complex deployment. Fast site mapping and configuration shorten deployment cycles and accelerate time to value.
AI Storage Detection, Seamless Pallet Handling
Detects storage-location occupancy and pallet positions, then selects the right target and plans the route for each pick or drop — completing the handling cycle without manual confirmation.
Adaptive Alignment, Precise Fork Engagement
Automatically adapts to manually placed pallets offset by up to 15 cm and angled by up to 15°, minimizing manual intervention for reliable operation in complex environments.
Intelligent Clearance Assessment
Detects load dimensions and contours to calculate the space required for safe passage in real time. Handles thresholds up to 10 mm and gaps up to 35 mm in complex environments.

Intelligent Fleet Orchestration
Distributed fleet orchestration enables each robot to make decisions and plan routes, with inter-robot communication ensuring efficient coordination. Even offline, the fleet continues operating in sync.
20s Fork Insertion, Fast Pickup
With fork insertion completed in 20 seconds and speeds up to 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s loaded, the robot reduces cycle times and accelerates material flow for higher throughput.

More Storage in Narrow Aisles
Handles 90° pallet pickup in aisles as narrow as 2 m, with pallet spacing down to 15 cm. Maximizes storage space and supports business growth without facility expansion.

Omni-Sense Safety
Depth cameras, 3D LiDAR, and other sensors form a multi-layer safety system that detects people, equipment, and obstacles in real time. Even in complex mixed-traffic environments, it identifies risks, avoids hazards, and issues clear warnings.

AI Load Carrier Recognition
Supports standard three-runner pallet and perimeter-base pallet while automatically learning to recognize non-standard load carriers for precise fork engagement and stable transport.

Flexible Dual-Mode Operation
Seamlessly switches between autonomous and manual modes, handling routine tasks independently while allowing operator assistance when needed for reliable, continuous operations.

IoT Integration & Control
Tasks can be dispatched via PUDU Link, APIs, voice commands, or task buttons. Optional integration with elevator controls, automatic doors, and other IoT devices enables flexible task triggering and device coordination.

Which MP2000 fits your needs?
| Feature | MP2000 Standard | MP2000 Narrow Fork |
|---|---|---|
| Model code | MPID01-M | MPID01-N |
| Fork outer width | 620 mm | 550 mm |
| Overall dimensions | 1585 × 910 × 1870 mm | 1585 × 910 × 1870 mm |
| Max. load | 2000 kg | 2000 kg |
| Max. lift height | 200 ± 5 mm | 200 ± 5 mm |
| Lowered fork height | 80 ± 5 mm | 80 ± 5 mm |
| Navigation | 3D LiDAR-SLAM, VSLAM | 3D LiDAR-SLAM, VSLAM |
| Battery life | 12 sa (yüksüz) / 6 sa (tam yük) | 12 h (no load) / 6 h (max. load) |
The only difference between the two variants is fork outer width; body, payload, navigation and battery are identical. The narrow-fork version fits smaller pallet footprints.
620 mm forks — the default choice for standard 1200×1000 and 1200×800 mm Euro/industrial pallets.
550 mm forks — eases fork engagement on narrow-base and custom-size load carriers.

MP2000 Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about MP2000.
The MP2000 carries a maximum pallet load of 2000 kg. It lifts its forks to 200 ± 5 mm, with a lowered fork height of 80 ± 5 mm. It travels at up to 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s at full load.
No. Navigation is based on 3D LiDAR-SLAM and VSLAM fusion — no reflectors, magnetic tape or floor markers are needed. It is commissioned with fast site mapping and configuration, requiring no platform integration or facility remodeling.
It supports standard three-runner and perimeter-base pallets, and learns to recognise non-standard load carriers. It aligns automatically to manually placed pallets offset by up to 15 cm and angled up to 15°.
The only difference is fork outer width: MP2000 Standard (MPID01-M) is 620 mm and MP2000 Narrow Fork (MPID01-N) is 550 mm. Body dimensions, the 2000 kg payload, navigation and battery are identical on both.
Battery life is 12 hours with no load and 6 hours at maximum load. Charging takes about 2 hours at 200–240 Vac input and about 3.2 hours at 100–120 Vac.
