Laser-Guided Concrete Leveling Robot

The BMR Concrete Leveling Robot is a remote-controlled, semi-autonomous construction robot that levels fresh concrete under laser control before initial set, brings the slurry to the surface and holds the elevation; the industry also calls it a robotic floor leveller, and it replaces manual screeding on large concrete slabs. The 15 series with a 1.5 m head levels 160 m² per hour and the 25 series with a 2.5 m head 300 m² per hour; it adjusts screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed in real time and, with a Topcon (SY) or MOBA (MY) laser system, reaches an acceptance rate above 95 percent at ±5 mm flatness. On residential floors, basements, factories, airports and malls it does the work of 2 to 3 levelling workers with one operator, and it is in service from Samsung C&T's Songdo project to the Abu Dhabi data centre.

Beton Perdahlama Robotu 80SZ

Autonomous Concrete Trowelling Robot

The BMR 80SZ is a fully autonomous concrete trowelling robot that compacts, lifts the slurry, closes and polishes cast-in-place concrete with an 800 mm trowel disc. It works unmanned with SLAM mapping and a fully automatic navigation system or under remote control by one operator, finishing more than 300 m² per hour in one pass. The 340 kg body runs more than 4 hours on a 48 V 160 Ah battery; on basement, plaza, factory, airport, mall and logistics warehouse slabs it replaces one trowelling worker and lifts floor quality above hand trowelling.

Dry-Mortar Screeding Robot

The BMR Mortar Screeding Robot is a 65 kg fully automatic construction robot that spreads dry-mix mortar at 0-10 cm thickness and levels it to 3 mm flatness over 2 metres. It starts the job with one button on the remote control; laser measurement reads the floor elevation continuously and the robot sets its own working height, delivering more than 130 m² of screed per hour. It is designed for apartment floors, commercial building floors, hospital and school projects, metro stations, levelling over underfloor heating and base preparation for tile or wooden floors; the IP54 body and 48 V 25 Ah battery run more than 6 hours, and it passes through doors and lifts.

Intelligent Follow-Up Concrete Placing Boom

The BMR Intelligent Follow-Up Concrete Placing Boom is a construction machine that places concrete on floor slabs and in basements at a 12, 15, 18 or 20 metre radius, managing the boom movements by algorithm. In follow-up mode a single-person hand controller needs 30 percent of the traditional labour; in automatic mode it places along a preset route by itself and cuts spreading work by 13 percent. It switches between four modes, automatic, follow-up, jog and manual, runs on 380 V three-phase power and withstands 13.8 m/s wind.

AI Construction Measuring and Inspection Robot

The BMR Measuring Robot is a 4 kg laser scanning device that automates construction measurement on site with an AI algorithm. Using virtual straightedge and square rules it checks flatness, plumb and dimensions in 2 minutes per station at 300 m² per hour and generates the report itself; measuring accuracy is ±1 mm on the CL100 and CL400. The CL10 covers 30 m, the CL100 100 m and the CL400 400 m; it produces point clouds, BIM models and material quantities, cutting measurement cost by about 70 percent with one person.

Interior Putty and Paint Robot

The BMR Intelligent Coating Robot is a fully automatic platform robot that sprays putty and water-based paint on interior walls, ceilings and bay windows and sands putty. Spraying modules give the P45 (4.5 m) and P65 (6.5 m), sanding modules the M40 (4 m) and M60 (6 m); the P65 sprays 100 m² of putty and 250 m² of paint per hour with a coverage rate above 90 percent. The RTPC real-time perception system starts the job at one touch without pre-scanning or BIM; the battery runs 5 hours.

Autonomous Floor Grinding Robot

The BMR Floor Grinding Robot is an autonomous construction robot that removes the laitance layer from concrete with an 18.5 kW planetary disc and prepares epoxy, densifier, terrazzo and mosaic floors for coating. It scans walls and columns with LiDAR, plans its own route and grinds fully automatically at ±5 cm positioning; the 850M edition has 2.4 kW dust extraction. It is fed from a 380 V mains supply, the 48 V 30 Ah battery gives 9 km of travel; one operator runs two robots and saves 1.5 workers.

Epoxy Floor Coating Robot

The BMR 38005 is a semi-automatic floor coating robot that applies the primer, intermediate and top coats of epoxy and similar floor systems with squeegee and roller end tools. With a 3.2 m squeegee and 3.8 m roller width it coats up to 300 m² per hour and finishes 2,000 m² in one shift; dynamic adaptive constant-pressure control keeps the end tool pressed to the surface in every floor condition and the coating uniform. The 450 kg body runs more than 6 hours on a 48 V 100 Ah battery.

High-Rise Exterior Wall Spraying Robot

Few trades on a building site combine danger and monotony like facade painting: a worker in a suspended gondola, a hundred metres of air below, repeating the same spraying stroke across thousands of square metres in wind, glare and overspray. The BMR Exterior Wall Coating Robot T100 takes exactly that job off the human harness. An intelligent work-at-height robot that mounts on the standard 2-4 m suspended gondolas contractors already own, it sprays primer and topcoat across the facades of mid- and high-rise buildings at working heights up to 100 m, at around 180 m² per hour with coverage above 80 percent. Its material range covers the systems common in residential and public construction: exterior latex paint, real-stone textured paint, multicolour paint, relief paint, primers and water-based facade systems. Its working envelope includes the geometry that slows facade work: balconies, bay windows, gable walls, curved surfaces and internal and external corners. Feature recognition and automatic path planning generate the spray trajectory, obstacle crossing up to 200 mm carries the unit over projections, and remote monitoring with full data statistics turns painting at height from an act of courage into a supervised, documented machine process.

Curtain Wall Cleaning Robot

The BMR MQ200 is an 80 kg fully automatic facade cleaning robot that cleans the glass, metal and stone curtain walls of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings up to 200 m. It works with ground operator control, autonomous work at height and an AI visual inspection model; with a 1,000 mm cleaning width it cleans 350 m² of surface per hour, and the modular obstacle-crossing mechanism clears facade projections up to 400 mm. A redundant safety system removes human work at height and waste-water recovery protects the surroundings.

The BMR SC200/200ZA is a twin-cage construction hoist with automatic landing doors that takes over the vertical logistics of the intelligent construction system and answers robot calls. Each cage carries 2,000 kg, the 3.2 × 1.5 × 2.45 m cage rises at 36 m per minute up to 242 m; it automatically serves floor calls, in-cage floor selection and robot boarding requests arriving through the vertical logistics dispatch system, carrying robots between floors without obstruction. The safety management system monitors the equipment throughout its life with more than 60 functions on the web and more than 25 on mobile.

It handles primer and topcoat spraying, automatic path planning, parameter control, APP remote monitoring and offline simulation analysis; maximum spraying output is 180 m² per hour, about five times manual roller coating, with coverage up to 100 percent. The BMR NP320 Pro is a fully automated indoor coating robot that applies both latex paint and putty to interior walls, bay windows, ceilings and other building elements. It carries automatic path planning with BIM software, laser SLAM indoor navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance, intelligent monitoring and dual-battery power management; it applies 160 m² of latex and 60 m² of putty per hour, coverage exceeds 90 percent and output is 3 to 4 times manual work. Constant-Force Putty Grinding Robot

The BMR Putty Grinding Robot is a 550 kg autonomous construction robot that sands putty on interior walls and ceilings with intelligent constant force, extracts and collects the dust and discharges the putty residue itself. It carries automatic navigation, automatic path planning and APP remote control; a parameterised sanding process gives stable, repeatable surface quality. Overall output of 50 m² per hour is more than 1.5 times manual work, with long continuous operation; it works up to 3,200 mm, carries a 100 L dust box and is in the field from Hanoi to Dubai in the fine and industrial decoration of residences, villas, apartments and office buildings.
