BMR Zemin Kaplama Robotu 38005

Epoxy Floor Coating Robot

The BMR 38005 is a semi-automatic floor coating robot that applies the primer, intermediate and top coats of epoxy and similar floor systems with squeegee and roller end tools. With a 3.2 m squeegee and 3.8 m roller width it coats up to 300 m² per hour and finishes 2,000 m² in one shift; dynamic adaptive constant-pressure control keeps the end tool pressed to the surface in every floor condition and the coating uniform. The 450 kg body runs more than 6 hours on a 48 V 100 Ah battery.

Overview

The Floor Coating Robot 38005 takes over the coating work after grinding in BMR's floor works series. At 2580 × 1000 × 1700 mm and 450 kg empty, its maximum working width is 3.2 m with the squeegee and 3.8 m with the roller; with a 32 litre material bucket, 3.0 kW rated power and a 48 V 100 Ah battery it runs more than 6 hours and charges from an AC 220 V 16 A socket. Travel speed is 0.7 m/s, climb 12°, obstacle clearance 50 mm and gap clearance 50 mm. The modular design carries squeegee and roller end tools on the same robot; all primer, intermediate and top coat work is done with oil- and water-based coatings. Dynamic adaptive constant control technology keeps the end tool pressed to the surface in varying floor conditions, coating thickness stays uniform and visual consistency rises; multi-parameter intelligent linkage controls coating consumption to 15 percent accuracy. Process parameters are preset in the app and the arm coats by itself; the operator only drives the chassis and refills material. Net output reaches 300 m² per hour and 2,000 m² is coated without a break in one shift. Work data statistics and FMS cloud data management are standard. It works on underground car park, factory, laboratory and sports facility floors. Reference: at the Lake City project in Kuala Lumpur (December 2022) the floor coating robot completed the primer, intermediate coat and top coat of the epoxy floor automatically; average net output of 300 m² per hour exceeded manual application, and with the floor grinding robot every step from base grinding to top coat was done by robot.

The operator drives, the arm coats

Process parameters are preset in the app; the arm does the squeegee or roller work itself while the operator only drives the chassis and refills material. In the manufacturer's film the robot coats a car park floor in wide strips.

300 an hour, 2,000 a shift

With a 3.2 m squeegee and 3.8 m roller width net output reaches 300 m² per hour; the 48 V 100 Ah battery runs more than 6 hours and 2,000 m² is coated without a break in one shift.

An end tool that presses on every floor

Dynamic adaptive constant control keeps the end tool pressed to the surface in varying floor conditions; coating thickness stays uniform and consumption is controlled to 15 percent accuracy.

Primer, intermediate, top coat

Modular squeegee and roller end tools apply the full primer, intermediate and top coat with oil- and water-based coatings; the epoxy system is finished on the surface prepared by the Floor Grinding Robot.

ENGINEERING ANALYSIS

Floor Coating Robot 3800S: Technical Analysis

Pressing squeegee and roller to the floor at constant force

On an epoxy floor the primer, intermediate and top coats are pulled by hand with squeegee and roller; coat thickness and consumption vary by applicator, and on large areas lap marks and thickness differences appear. The Floor Coating Robot carries squeegee (3.2 m) and roller (3.8 m) end tools on a modular design; dynamic adaptive constant-force control keeps the tool fitted to the surface under different floor conditions and spreads the coating uniformly across the whole area. Process parameters come preset from the app and consumption is controlled within ±15 percent; the operator drives the chassis and loads material, the arm's coating is automatic.

Three hundred an hour, two thousand a shift

With a 3.8 m roller width and 0.7 m/s speed the net output is 300 m² per hour and 2,000 m² per shift. The 48 V 100 Ah battery runs more than 6 hours and charges from an AC 220 V / 16 A socket; 3.0 kW rated power, 12° climbing and 50 mm obstacle and trench crossing cover car park ramps and joint lines. The 32 L material tank works with oil- and water-based coatings; job data statistics and FMS cloud data management report consumption and progress.

Application scenarios

  • Underground parking garage: primer, intermediate coat and top coat on large garage floors.
  • Factory and industrial plant: epoxy, resin and other industrial floor systems.
  • Warehouse and logistics centre: continuous coating work, speed and quality.
  • Laboratory and clean area: standardised operation and smooth finish.
  • Sports venue and public building floors.

Figures from the field

  • Lake City, Kuala Lumpur (December 2022): the floor coating robot completed primer, intermediate and top coat automatically; average net output 300 m² per hour, above manual application on large areas. With the floor grinding robot, base grinding, primer, intermediate and top coat of the epoxy floor and grinding and polishing of the densifier floor were all done by robot.

Who it is for

For flooring companies and contractors doing car park, factory, warehouse and commercial building floors; on the base prepared by the Floor Grinding Robot the same crew runs primer, intermediate and top coat. The choice is based on project area, coating material, process, working width, battery endurance and site conditions; squeegee, roller and epoxy applications are all covered by one machine.

Zemin Kaplama Robotu 38005 Frequently Asked Questions

The most commonly asked questions and answers about Zemin Kaplama Robotu 38005.

Epoxy, resin and other industrial floor systems; oil- and water-based coatings. Primer, intermediate and top coat are applied by the same machine with the squeegee (3.2 m) or roller (3.8 m) tool.

The operator drives the chassis and loads material into the 32 L tank; the arm's coating, constant-force control and process parameters are automatic. Job data and consumption are reported to FMS cloud management.

Yes. The grinding robot removes the laitance from the concrete and prepares the base, the coating robot runs primer, intermediate and top coat over it. At Lake City in Kuala Lumpur every step of the epoxy floor was done with these two robots.

Net output is 300 m² per hour and 2,000 m² per shift; the 48 V 100 Ah battery runs more than 6 hours and charges from an AC 220 V / 16 A socket.

BMR robots are controlled from a single application (the BMR unified APP); the operator connects to several nearby robots from one device, and robot plug-ins are downloaded in the app. Floor and coating robots report worked area, time and status through FMS cloud data management.

The BMR Zemin Kaplama Robotu is sourced on a project basis: the site schedule, floor area, concrete or coating system and site access are settled at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery.
