Overview
PUDU D5 is Pudu Robotics' industry-grade quadruped delivery and inspection robot. Its 900 × 543 × 572 mm body weighs 56 kg with battery; it walks with 20-30 kg of continuous payload and cruises at up to 5 m/s.
The computing platform pairs an NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX 64 GB with an RK3588 (up to 275 TOPS). Perception combines two spherical 3D LiDARs (96-line standard, 192-line optional) with four fisheye cameras for 360° coverage and centimeter-level positioning.
On terrain it clears 30 cm steps and 45° ascents and descents, with climbing capability up to 80 cm. IP67 protection, a -20°C to 55°C operating range and cold start below -10°C keep it on duty in rain, snow and dust. The 1000 Wh battery gives 2-2.5 hours on the D5 and 2-3 hours on the D5-W.
The robot is controlled by voice and gesture (10+ gestures) and follows the user through crowds using trajectory prediction; the RCOS remote control system provides live status and a panoramic video feed. With the metal delivery crate, inspection kit and charging station it adapts to security patrol, facility inspection, on-site delivery and research scenarios.

Autonomous Navigation with 360° Perception
Dual 96-line spherical LiDARs combined with four fisheye cameras create a full-coverage perception system: centimeter-level positioning and accurate dynamic obstacle avoidance. A dual 192-line LiDAR upgrade is available on request for specialized applications.
All-Terrain Mobility for Complex Environments
Clears 30 cm steps and 45° slopes; cruises at up to 5 m/s for fast, stable movement across urban and off-road environments. Climbing capability reaches 80 cm.

Intuitive Interaction and Smart Follow
Voice and gesture control works with 10+ natural gestures, deep-vision sensing and a 6-mic array; AI noise reduction and sound localization respond accurately in noisy environments. Dynamic obstacle avoidance and trajectory prediction follow the user precisely in crowded spaces with real-time path adjustment.
Remote Vision and Control
The RCOS remote control system monitors real-time operating status and issues commands instantly; live panoramic views from the cameras give full visibility of the on-site environment.
Modular Expansion
The open architecture supports add-ons such as the metal delivery crate, inspection kit and charging station: security, inspection, logistics and research scenarios are built on one body. The inspection kit and charging dock are separately priced options.
