Disclosure Notice
This disclosure notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes, legal basis, and your rights regarding the processing of your personal data collected by Robotlar.org in its capacity as data controller under personal data protection regulations.
Purposes of Processing
- Managing autonomous systems and demo requests,
- Defining commercial strategies and running operational processes,
- Fulfilling legal obligations,
- Managing customer relations and satisfaction.
Data Transfer and Retention
Contact details you submit via forms, WhatsApp or phone are processed only for the quotation and sales process. During this process your data is stored and transmitted through the following service providers:
- Resend (e-mail infrastructure) for notification e-mails and the automatic reply,
- Telegram (messaging infrastructure) for instant notification of the sales team,
- Zoho CRM for request records and customer relationship management.
- The ad click identifier (gclid) is kept for 90 days solely for advertising measurement and deleted afterwards. Request records are kept until the request is concluded and legal retention periods expire, and are deleted earlier upon your request.
Data Subject Rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- To request correction or deletion of personal data.
