Lightweight, High-Dynamic Open-Source Humanoid Robot
The EngineAI PM01 is a fully open-source humanoid standing 140 cm and weighing about 42 kg. The Business Edition has 23 degrees of freedom and the Education Edition 24; the waist rotates more than 300 degrees and speed exceeds 2 m/s. The in-house Q90H joint module delivers 145 Nm of peak torque at 130 Nm/kg. Introduced as the first humanoid to perform a forward somersault, it runs, greets, walks with a human-like gait and performs the axe dance. The Education Edition adds an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16 GB, two depth cameras in the head and waist, and a touchscreen. Full-Size General-Purpose Humanoid Robot with Human-Like Gait
The EngineAI SE01 was introduced as the first full-size general-purpose humanoid to achieve a human-like gait. The body is aircraft-grade aluminium alloy; the planetary, harmonic and linear actuators were developed entirely in-house. The Engine Sense audio-visual perception system combines LiDAR, a depth camera and an infrared camera, joined by two RGBD cameras, an IMU and a high-precision force-control sensor. The five-finger, 6-DoF dexterous hand works with force feedback. The gait is trained with an end-to-end neural network; the robot walks, turns, squats, does push-ups, runs and jumps. A quick-release high-capacity battery gives 2 hours of runtime, with an 80 percent charge in 2 hours. Full-Size High-Dynamic General-Purpose Humanoid Robot
The EngineAI T800 is a full-size general-purpose humanoid standing 173 cm and weighing 75-85 kg by edition. Peak joint torque is 450 Nm, hardware-supported speed 3 m/s or more, and active cooling in the leg joints enables 4-5 hours of continuous operation. Four editions exist: Basic and Open Source with 25 degrees of freedom, Pro with 43 (29 body + 14 hands), Max with 46 (32 + 14). Pro and Max carry dexterous hands with 7 DoF per hand, 5 kg payload and tactile sensing. Perception is an Intel depth camera on the Basic edition and stereo vision plus 360-degree LiDAR on the others; compute is an Intel robot PC with a Jetson Orin NX 16 GB (Basic) or an AGX Orin 64 GB. The standard ternary lithium battery is 71.4 V 20 Ah, with an optional solid-state 74.8 V 40 Ah. The body is clad in aircraft-grade aluminium alloy panels. It is positioned for martial-arts shows, logistics warehouses, hotel service and sales associate scenarios. Heavy-Duty Quadruped Robot
The EngineAI JS01, introduced as the "Leopard", is a heavy-duty quadruped. It carries up to 80 kg, reaches 3 m/s and moves stably over complex ground thanks to its bio-inspired quadruped structure, adaptive shock-absorbing joints and a terrain-sensing algorithm that adjusts gait in real time. The external cladding is aircraft-grade aluminium alloy in Supersonic Gray. The in-house integrated joint module has a proactive cooling system that prevents heat-related efficiency loss during continuous intensive work. LiDAR, a wide-angle camera and an IMU form a 360-degree perception network, joined by an Intel RealSense D435i depth camera and surround speakers. SLAM gives centimetre-level positioning and autonomous route planning, and a 10,000 mAh quick-swap battery gives long runtime.
