Autonomous Container and Truck Unloading Robot
The Senad iLoabot-M is a tracked autonomous unloading robot that drives into containers and box trucks by itself and unloads the cartons; it takes over the step between the dock and the vehicle that logistics calls the 'last 20 metres' without an operator. The 1900 × 1280 × 2080 mm body weighs 1300 kg, the heavy-duty 7-axis arm carries 2-30 kg cartons with the default end effector and unloads at up to 400 cycles per hour; cases from 150 mm to 600 mm are covered, and bagged goods through interchangeable suction cups and grippers. The 1900 mm tall, 800 mm wide, 300 kg body travels at 0-7.2 km/h on a wheeled differential or omni-wheel chassis, turns 360° and works in follow, remote-control and autonomous navigation modes; the DC 48 V hot-swappable battery gives 8-12 hours of operation. The Senad iLoabot-Ultra is an autonomous bulk unloading robot that unloads cartons from containers and vehicle bodies row by row instead of one at a time; a wide suction head takes a whole row of cartons together and transfers it to the integrated conveyor. Machine vision, a decision mechanism based on machine learning and a highly integrated control system automate the entire unloading process: the robot perceives the working environment and the target load in real time, plans the path, recognises the carton and performs precise pick and place. It adapts to loads of different shapes, weights and materials, works with standard compartments, truck bodies and containers without site modification and cooperates with conveyors and other warehouse equipment; as work data accumulates it improves its own decision logic and motion trajectories.
Autonomous Cage Handling and Depalletizing Robot
The Senad iLoabot-P is a mobile robot with a large-payload collaborative arm mounted on an autonomously navigating tracked chassis; it moves by itself, opens and fills cage carts, depalletizes and palletizes, sorts products and tends machines. The 1227 × 832 × 1900 mm body weighs 250 kg, the arm carries cartons of up to 25 kg and between 150 mm and 400 mm, works at 8-13 cycles per minute and charges wirelessly from a lithium-ion battery. The built-in mixed-SKU algorithm resolves online and offline mixed stacks; the robot builds its own map with SLAM navigation, works alongside people in follow mode and takes the palletizing step in a shared flow with the iLoabot unloading robots.
