Overview
The iLoabot-Pro is the heavy-carton member of the Senad iLoabot family: a tracked autonomous robot that unloads cartons of up to 80 kg from containers and box trucks and loads the same vehicle at dispatch. It was developed for the heavy-carton flows of the FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors, loads that on most sites still come down with two workers and a hand truck. The 2350 × 1660 × 2165 mm body weighs 2300 kg, enters 6 m and 12 m standard containers, 12 m high-cube containers and box trucks on tracked differential drive and runs on a three-phase 380 VAC supply; the vacuum negative-pressure source is built into the body. The default end effector carries cartons of 80 kg and between 150 × 150 × 150 mm and 800 × 800 × 800 mm; the loading mechanism locks against tilting and spilling, holds fragile products safely and the unloading rate reaches up to 225 cycles per hour. The inside of the container is mapped with 3D LiDAR and vision; multimodal perception reads carton position, dimensions and stacking pattern in real time, AI algorithms plan the optimal path and resolve mixed stacks with multiple SKUs and sizes. Combining loading and unloading in one robot removes separate equipment investment and two maintenance programmes; transfer between vehicle, conveyor and downstream systems is one flow, the robot integrates with the WMS and WCS and the workflow is configured per site on the low-code platform. The safety layer consists of 360° LiDAR dual obstacle avoidance, intelligent alarms, automatic and push-button emergency stop, smart limit switches, safety fences, safety LiDAR, safety warning lights, vacuum monitoring and a gripper safety bumper with collision alerts. The operating temperature is -20 to 60 °C and cold-chain loading and unloading are covered. 80 kg inside the container
The default end effector carries cartons of up to 80 kg and 800 × 800 × 800 mm; the loading mechanism locks against tilting and spilling. The 2300 kg tracked body enters 6 m and 12 m containers and 12 m high-cube containers.

Loading and unloading in one flow
The same robot loads the vehicle with a multi-SKU, multi-size stack at dispatch and unloads it on arrival, at up to 225 cycles per hour. Separate loading and unloading equipment and two maintenance programmes disappear.

Multi-cup grip and mapping
3D LiDAR and vision map the inside of the container; the arm reads carton position, dimensions and stacking pattern in real time and plans the optimal path. Vacuum monitoring and the gripper safety bumper supervise the grip.

Task management from the HMI
The intuitive HMI leaves task start, monitoring and stop to the operator; integration with most warehouse systems is done through ready connections. Commissioning is fast and neither the dock nor the vehicle needs modification.

Loading and unloading in one robot
One robot on the dock instead of two separate machines: the iLoabot-Pro drives to the designated loading or unloading area by itself, enters the container or box body, derives carton position, dimensions and stacking pattern in real time with multimodal perception, plans the optimal path and guides the arm to pick or place each carton. On the loading side, mixed stacks with multiple SKUs and sizes are resolved by AI algorithms; on the unloading side it delivers up to 225 cycles per hour. Transfer between vehicle, conveyor and downstream systems is one flow; the robot integrates with the WMS and WCS and the workflow changes per site on the low-code platform.
