Overview
The Concrete Leveling Robot is the first link in BMR's concrete works family and comes in four editions: the 15SY and 15MY carry a 1,500 mm levelling head, the 25SY and 25MY a 2,500 mm head; SY editions work with a Topcon and MY editions with a MOBA laser system. The 15 series measures 1650 × 1600 × 1650 mm and weighs 175 kg, the 25 series 2650 × 2500 × 2000 mm and 350 kg. Levelling thickness is 30-150 mm on the 15 series and 30-250 mm on the 25 series; net output exceeds 160 m² per hour on the 15 series and 300 m² per hour on the 25 series. Before initial set the robot brings the slurry to the surface, closes the surface and controls the elevation by laser; it adjusts screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed in real time, removing the inconsistencies of manual work. The in-house dual-degree-of-freedom adaptive system, integrated motion control algorithm, high-precision laser measurement and real-time control technology work together with fully automatic GNSS navigation. With human-machine cooperation the initial-set flatness reaches an acceptance rate above 95 percent at ±5 mm; low-noise, clean operation reduces site disturbance, and millimetre-level flatness control reduces surface cracking and gives a dense, uniform industrial-grade finish for warehouses, factories and commercial buildings. In semi-autonomous mode it saves 2 to 3 workers from a traditional levelling crew; used together with high-precision floor robots it cuts total slab cost by about 28 percent. The 15 series rides on 3.00-10 all-terrain tyres, the 25 series on 26×4-18 tyres (optional AT26×9-14 all-terrain); maximum travel speed is 800 mm/s. A 48 V 40 Ah battery runs the 15 series for more than 5 hours and charges in 2.5 hours; a 48 V 90 Ah battery runs the 25 series for more than 10 hours and charges in 4 hours. Remote positioning, remote locking, worked-area statistics and real-time machine status are monitored; operating temperature is 0 to 45°C. Millimetre precision in one pass
Laser control holds the elevation before initial set; screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed adjust in real time. With human-machine cooperation the acceptance rate at ±5 mm flatness exceeds 95 percent; in Songdo, 2,000 m² slabs were finished mostly in a single pass.
300 square metres an hour
The 25 series with a 2.5 m head gives 300 m² and the 15 series with a 1.5 m head 160 m² net output per hour; the 25 series works at 30-250 mm levelling thickness. At Tianjin Binhai West Station more than 30,000 m² was completed in 3 months at 160-200 m² per hour.

Ten hours of battery, all-terrain tyres
On the 25 series the 48 V 90 Ah battery runs more than 10 hours and charges in 4 hours; 26×4-18 tyres and optional all-terrain tyres travel at 0.8 m/s on site ground. Remote positioning and locking, area statistics and live status are monitored.

Concrete Leveling Robot: Technical Analysis
In place of manual screeding
On a large concrete slab the elevation depends on the screeding crew's arm and eye: vibration, speed and height change with every pass, and 5 mm flatness over 2 metres is reached only with experienced crews. The Concrete Leveling Robot measures and adjusts those three variables itself: the laser receiver reads the elevation, the dual-degree-of-freedom adaptive system corrects the head, and the motion control algorithm changes vibration frequency and travel speed to the consistency of the concrete. The operator gives the direction by remote control; surface closing and slurry lifting finish in one pass before initial set.
Four editions, two laser systems
The 15SY and 15MY with a 1.5 m head are for residential floors and tight areas: 175 kg, 30-150 mm thickness, 160 m² per hour. The 25SY and 25MY with a 2.5 m head are for car park, factory, airport and mall slabs: 350 kg, 30-250 mm thickness, 300 m² per hour. SY editions work with Topcon and MY editions with MOBA laser systems; the laser system used on site decides the choice. The 25 series travels over raw site ground on 26×4-18 tyres and optional AT26×9-14 all-terrain tyres.
