Overview
PUDU FlashBot Arm is a semi-humanoid service robot developed by Pudu X-Lab. It combines enclosed in-building delivery with dual-arm manipulation.
The body measures 539 × 515 × 1440 mm with a 15 kg payload. Charging takes 4 hours and unloaded runtime is 8 hours; minimum path width is 65 cm. Navigation is built on VSLAM and Lidar SLAM fusion, with omnidirectional perception and 3D mapping.
Each of the two arms has 7 degrees of freedom and can be lifted; their combined reach range is 1600 × 2000 × 1600 mm. At their ends are PUDU DH11 dexterous hands (6 active + 5 passive degrees of freedom). With these hands it presses elevator buttons, swipes access cards and opens doors: floor-to-floor delivery is set up without elevator integration or automatic door investment on the building side.
The safety layer combines RGBD cameras, LiDAR, panoramic cameras and pressure-sensitive skin; force control is precise and motion stops immediately on obstacle contact. Multi-modal interaction through voice, facial expressions and gestures is supported by a 10.1-inch touch screen. In multi-robot environments task allocation is handled automatically, and the robot returns to its charging station when the battery runs low.

Elevators, Cards and Doors: In-Building Delivery Without Modification
Its two hands press elevator buttons, swipe access cards and open doors. Floor-to-floor delivery is set up without investing in elevator integration hardware or automatic doors.

Secure Delivery with an Enclosed Compartment
The spacious enclosed compartment with dual doors meets delivery security requirements; with 15 kg of capacity it handles room service, medication and sample transport, office and residential delivery. The independently suspended chassis smooths movement.
