Scope of Authorized Service
Periodic maintenance (brush and consumable checks, sensor calibration, wheel and suspension inspection), software/map updates, battery health testing and fault repair. Manufacturer-caused faults are covered free of charge within the warranty period; for out-of-warranty work, an approved inspection report and cost estimate are shared in advance.
Original Spare Parts
Repairs use original Pudu parts only: batteries, disc and roller brushes, squeegee blades, HEPA filters, wheel and motor assemblies, LiDAR and camera modules. Third-party parts are avoided because they put both performance and warranty coverage at risk.
Which Models We Support
Cleaning: CC1, CC1 Pro, MT1, MT1 Max, MT1 Vac, BG1 and BG1 Pro. Service and delivery: BellaBot, BellaBot Pro, KettyBot Pro, HolaBot, PuduBot 2 and FlashBot Max. Logistics: the T150, T300 and T600 family. The operator-driven SH1 upright floor scrubber is also covered.
On-Site Support in 81 Provinces
On-site service is provided at the facility where the installation was made; software and mapping issues solvable by remote diagnostics are resolved the same day. When hardware intervention is required, the parts lead time and scheduled service date are communicated upfront.
Operations Team Training
Half of service is correct usage. During installation your cleaning or service team is trained on route creation, task scheduling, bin and tank maintenance, docking station use and basic troubleshooting; training can be repeated when staff changes.
How to Open a Service Request
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the quote form with the robot model, serial number and fault symptom. For multi-robot facilities, a fleet maintenance agreement establishes an annual planned maintenance calendar so issues are addressed before they cause downtime.
