The Senad iLoabot-Pro is a tracked autonomous robot that unloads cartons of up to 80 kg from containers and box trucks and loads the same vehicle at dispatch; it was developed for the heavy-carton flows of the FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors. The 2350 × 1660 × 2165 mm body weighs 2300 kg; the default end effector carries cartons between 150 mm and 800 mm and the robot works at up to 225 cycles per hour. 3D LiDAR and vision-based container mapping resolve mixed multi-SKU stacks in real time; 6 m and 12 m standard containers, 12 m high-cube containers and box trucks are on the compatibility list. Combining loading and unloading in one robot removes separate equipment investment; the -20 to 60 °C operating range covers cold-chain loading.
