Overview

The iLoabot-X is the heavy-duty wheeled humanoid robot that Shanghai-based Senad developed for industrial logistics, and the first dual-arm member of the iLoabot family. Because racks, compartments and benches in the warehouse are built to human dimensions, fixed automation asks for the site to be rearranged; at 1900 mm tall, 800 mm wide and 852 mm deep at the upper body, 700 mm at the chassis, the iLoabot-X enters this environment without modification. The 300 kg body travels at 0-7.2 km/h on a wheeled differential or omni-wheel chassis, turns 360° and works in follow, remote-control and autonomous navigation modes. The in-house multi-degree-of-freedom arms carry up to 60 kg together and position with ±1 mm accuracy; gripper and suction end effectors change quickly. From first showing to award

The iLoabot-X was shown for the first time at the World Robot Conference (WRC) in Beijing in August 2025; on stage it carried a total of 40 kg with two arms and pushed a cage cart while avoiding obstacles. In September 2025 it was exhibited at CIIF in Shanghai alongside the other family members, the iLoabot-M and iLoabot-P, and in November 2025 logistics scenarios were shown at CeMAT ASIA. In March 2026 it received the best innovation case award at the 2026 (11th) Logistics Technology Conference. The robot is positioned next to Senad's iLoabot unloading robots, which work in the tobacco, beverage, pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors, for the heavy and complex transfer work that single-arm robots do not cover.
