Overview
The Indoor Coating Robot NP320 is the emulsion paint spraying robot of BMR's decoration series, designed for interior painting in residences, apartments, hotels, offices and commercial spaces. Its spraying scope covers interior walls, bay windows, beams, ceilings, gypsum lines and similar building elements. It offers primer and topcoat spraying, automatic path planning, parameter control, APP remote monitoring and offline simulation analysis; in automatic mode it sprays both primer and topcoat fully automatically. Total weight is under 350 kg, dimensions 1050 × 690 × 1780 mm, spraying height up to 3,200 mm and positioning accuracy ±20 mm. Maximum spraying output is 180 m² per hour; on site the overall output of 120 m² per hour is about five times manual roller coating, with long continuous operation. Precise spraying technique and parameter control give an even paint finish; overall coverage reaches 100 percent. The battery runs more than 4 hours and charges in under 2.5 hours; there is a 60 L bucket, 0.5 m/s speed, 20 mm obstacle and 50 mm trench crossing and a 6° climbing angle. The robot has been honoured as a High-tech Product of Guangdong Province and with the China Patent Excellence Award, and its overall technical level has been rated internationally leading. Projects wanting both putty and latex coating choose the NP320 Pro with BIM path planning. References: at the Hong Kong Housing Authority's Tsing Yi public housing site (February 2023), as the Authority's first indoor spraying robot, it painted the walls and ceiling of a 2-3 person unit in 15-20 minutes with automatic coverage above 90 percent; at the Sheung Shui public housing project (November 2024), together with the putty application and putty sanding robots, it finished the coating of 10 floors in just over a month, and precise overlapping spraying saved HK$24.4 of paint per unit; at the ISO/Soilbuild project in Singapore (3 August 2024) wall spraying of a 59.4 m² three-bedroom unit took 45 minutes and the ceiling 30; at the QXY Staff Apartment in Singapore (16 August 2024) 69-75 m² of wall was painted in 14 minutes with 100 percent coverage (297-322 m² per hour); at the Yekaterinburg project in Russia (February 2025) 120 m² per hour, five times a hand roller; at The Myst in Singapore (Bouygues, two 24-storey blocks) two robots completed 4,000 m² of painting in five units on the 19th floor with coverage up to 100 percent; at DAMAC Bay and Cavalli Tower in Dubai and Aurelle in Singapore it worked in alternation with the putty grinding robot.
Five times a hand roller
Maximum spraying output is 180 m² per hour and overall site output of 120 m² per hour is about five times manual roller coating, with long continuous operation. At QXY in Singapore 69-75 m² of wall was painted in 14 minutes.

Primer and topcoat fully automatic
In automatic mode both primer and topcoat are sprayed fully automatically; automatic path planning, parameter control and offline simulation analysis make the job visible in advance. One person runs several machines remotely.

Walls, ceilings, bay windows, beams, gypsum lines
Spraying scope covers interior walls, bay windows, beams, ceilings and gypsum lines; it works up to 3,200 mm with ±20 mm positioning and overall coverage reaches 100 percent.

Proven in public housing
The Hong Kong Housing Authority's first indoor spraying robot: the walls and ceiling of a unit in 15-20 minutes with coverage above 90 percent. At Sheung Shui the coating of 10 floors finished in just over a month and HK$24.4 of paint was saved per unit.

Indoor Coating Robot NP320: Technical Analysis
From roller to automatic spraying
In interior painting, output and quality depend on the painter's arm; scaffolding goes up for ceilings and high walls, and coverage and thickness vary from room to room. The NP320 plans its route itself, controls spraying parameters and applies primer and topcoat fully automatically; precise spraying technique gives a uniform surface and coverage reaches 100 percent. Offline simulation analysis shows the job before it starts and APP remote monitoring gives status during work; one operator runs several robots and workers stay away from paint mist.
Selection criteria
When choosing an automatic spraying robot, spraying height, output, bucket capacity, battery life, positioning accuracy and supported wall structures are evaluated. With 3,200 mm height, 180 m² per hour, a 60 L bucket, more than 4 hours of operation and ±20 mm positioning, the NP320 covers walls, ceilings, beams and bay windows on residential, hotel, apartment and office projects; primer and topcoat, remote monitoring and adjustable spraying parameters are standard. Projects wanting both putty and latex coating choose the NP320 Pro with BIM path planning and laser SLAM navigation.

About the BMR İç Mekan Boya Robotu NP320
İç Mekan Boya Robotu NP320 Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about İç Mekan Boya Robotu NP320.
For indoor paint spraying: primer, topcoat, wall and ceiling spraying. It suits residential, apartment, hotel, office and commercial interior projects; bay windows, beams and gypsum lines are within scope.
Yes. The NP320 is designed for indoor emulsion (latex) paint spraying and applies primer and topcoat on walls, ceilings, bay windows, beams and gypsum lines.
Output rises to 180 m² per hour, repetitive manual work falls and coverage becomes consistent; in Yekaterinburg overall output measured five times a hand roller. It is especially suited to large interior painting projects.
The NP320 sprays emulsion paint only and focuses on output (350 kg, 180 m² per hour). The NP320 Pro applies both latex and putty and carries BIM path planning, laser SLAM navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance and dual batteries (680 kg, 160 m² per hour of latex and 60 m² of putty). Projects wanting both putty and paint choose the Pro.
At Tsing Yi in Hong Kong the walls and ceiling of a unit took 15-20 minutes, and at Sheung Shui the coating of 10 floors finished in just over a month. In Singapore a 59.4 m² unit took 45 minutes for walls and 30 for the ceiling, and at QXY 69-75 m² of wall took 14 minutes; at The Myst two robots painted 4,000 m².
BMR robots are controlled from a single application (the BMR unified APP); the operator connects to several nearby robots from one device, and robot plug-ins are downloaded in the app. Floor and coating robots report worked area, time and status through FMS cloud data management.
The BMR NP320 is sourced on a project basis: the site schedule, floor area, concrete or coating system and site access are settled at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery.
