Overview
The Indoor Coating Robot NP320 Pro is a fully automated coating robot designed for interior walls, bay windows, ceilings and similar architectural elements, applying both latex paint and putty. It carries automatic path planning with BIM software, laser SLAM indoor navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance, intelligent monitoring and a dual-battery power management system; its main use is the interior renovation and construction of residential buildings, commercial offices, apartments and industrial plants. Unlike a basic paint spraying robot it focuses on broader indoor coating work: wall coating, ceiling coating and putty application. BIM-based path planning builds the coating route from building information and reduces unnecessary repeated movement; laser SLAM navigation lets the robot locate itself and move accurately in a complex site environment. Total weight is 680 kg, dimensions 960 × 760 × 1750 mm, working height up to 3,100 mm and positioning accuracy ±30 mm. Output is 160 m² of latex and 60 m² of putty per hour, 3 to 4 times manual work; coverage exceeds 90 percent. The battery runs more than 5 hours and charges in under 2.5 hours; there is a 60 L bucket, 0.5 m/s speed, 30 mm obstacle and 50 mm trench crossing and a 10° climbing angle. With mobile spraying and dynamic pressure control it covers walls, corridors, ceilings, bay windows, beams, entryways and walk-in closets. References: at The Senique in Hanoi (three 37-storey towers, 24 units per floor) working hours per floor fell by 56 percent against manual work, with about 16,000 RMB of labour saved per floor and an estimated 1.8 million RMB across the project, and all 72 completed units passed first acceptance; at DAMAC Bay in Dubai three robots, together with the putty grinding and floor grinding robots, are in operation at the same time; at the 70-storey Cavalli Tower in Dubai Marina it works in alternation with the putty grinding robot in confined spaces; at Aurelle in Singapore (Sim Lian, 14 blocks) it completed primer and topcoat latex spraying on two floors over more than 3,000 m² with the putty grinding robot; at The Myst in Singapore (Bouygues) two robots painted five units of 4,000 m² with coverage up to 100 percent; Yekaterinburg in Russia and the Sheung Shui and Tsing Yi public housing projects in Hong Kong are further references. For projects where emulsion spraying output alone comes first, the NP320 is offered separately.
Latex and putty on one robot
The same robot applies putty and latex paint: 60 m² of putty and 160 m² of latex per hour, 3 to 4 times manual work. Coverage on walls, corridors, ceilings, bay windows, beams, entryways and walk-in closets exceeds 90 percent.

BIM route, laser SLAM
BIM software plans the coating route from building information and reduces unnecessary repetition; laser SLAM navigation positions the robot to ±30 mm on a complex site and automatic obstacle avoidance keeps the work uninterrupted.

56 percent fewer hours per floor
At The Senique in Hanoi (three 37-storey towers) working hours per floor fell by 56 percent against manual work, about 16,000 RMB of labour was saved per floor and all 72 completed units passed first acceptance.

Dual battery, five hours
Dual-battery power management gives more than 5 hours of operation and charges in under 2.5 hours; 10° climbing, 30 mm obstacle and 50 mm trench crossing cover site floors. At Cavalli Tower in Dubai it works in alternation with the putty grinding robot in confined spaces.

Indoor Coating Robot NP320 Pro: Technical Analysis
From painting robot to coating robot
A basic paint spraying robot focuses on one material and on output. The NP320 Pro targets the whole of interior coating work: putty application, wall and ceiling coating, latex spraying. BIM-based path planning builds the coating route from the building model; laser SLAM navigation positions the robot on a complex site, and automatic obstacle avoidance and intelligent monitoring keep the job uninterrupted. For B2B construction teams the result is standardised coating operation, stable coverage and better project management on large-scale interior decoration projects.
NP320 versus NP320 Pro
The NP320 (350 kg, 1050 × 690 × 1780 mm) sprays emulsion paint only: 3,200 mm height, 180 m² per hour, ±20 mm positioning, 4 hours of battery, 6° climbing, for output-focused projects. The NP320 Pro (680 kg, 960 × 760 × 1750 mm) applies both latex and putty: 3,100 mm height, 160 m² of latex and 60 m² of putty per hour, ±30 mm positioning, 5 hours on dual batteries, 10° climbing, BIM path planning and laser SLAM; for projects wanting both putty and paint and needing higher automation, process adaptability and construction control.
Figures from the field
- The Senique, Hanoi (three 37-storey towers, 24 units per floor, two basements): working hours per floor down 56 percent against manual work; about 16,000 RMB of labour saved per floor and an estimated 1.8 million RMB across the project; all 72 completed units passed first acceptance at 100 percent.
- DAMAC Bay, Dubai: indoor coating, putty grinding and floor grinding robots in operation at the same time; with mobile spraying and dynamic pressure control, coverage above 90 percent on walls, corridors, ceilings, bay windows, beams, entryways and walk-in closets.
- Cavalli Tower, Dubai Marina (DAMAC, 70 floors): the indoor coating and putty grinding robots work in seamless alternating cycles in compact confined spaces.
- Aurelle, Singapore (Sim Lian, 14 blocks of 14 storeys): one putty grinding and one indoor coating robot completed putty sanding and primer and topcoat latex spraying on two floors over more than 3,000 m².
- The Myst, Singapore (Bouygues, two 24-storey blocks): two robots completed 4,000 m² of painting in five units on the 19th floor with coverage up to 100 percent.
- Sheung Shui public housing, Hong Kong (November 2024): putty application, putty sanding and indoor spraying robots finished the coating of 10 floors in just over a month; 2 operators and 3 robots completing one floor per day; putty application at 4 times manual output.

About the BMR İç Mekan Kaplama Robotu NP320 Pro
İç Mekan Kaplama Robotu NP320 Pro Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about İç Mekan Kaplama Robotu NP320 Pro.
For interior wall coating, ceiling coating, latex paint coating and putty coating. It suits residential buildings, apartments, offices, industrial plants and indoor renovation projects.
Yes. The NP320 Pro applies latex paint and putty with the same robot; with 160 m² of latex and 60 m² of putty per hour a more complete interior wall finishing process is built.
The coating route is planned from building information; unnecessary repeated movement falls and construction efficiency rises. Laser SLAM navigation in turn positions the robot to ±30 mm on a complex site and supports stable, intelligent coating.
The NP320 sprays emulsion paint only and focuses on output at 180 m² per hour; the NP320 Pro applies latex and putty together and carries BIM path planning, laser SLAM, automatic obstacle avoidance and dual batteries. Choose the NP320 where spraying output alone comes first and the Pro where putty and paint are wanted together.
At The Senique in Hanoi working hours per floor fell by 56 percent and all 72 units passed first acceptance; at Aurelle in Singapore more than 3,000 m² on two floors was finished with the putty grinding robot; at DAMAC Bay and Cavalli Tower in Dubai it works in alternation with the putty grinding robot.
BMR robots are controlled from a single application (the BMR unified APP); the operator connects to several nearby robots from one device, and robot plug-ins are downloaded in the app. Floor and coating robots report worked area, time and status through FMS cloud data management.
The BMR NP320 Pro is sourced on a project basis: the site schedule, floor area, concrete or coating system and site access are settled at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery.
