Overview

The MQ200 is the curtain wall cleaning robot of BMR's work-at-height series. The body under 80 kg runs on a 220 V supply, takes its water from the ground and works at 0-90° inclination on flat and large-curvature glass, metal and stone curtain walls up to 200 m. Cleaning width is 1,000 mm, travel speed 0-0.2 m/s and overall cleaning output above 350 m² per hour; the modular obstacle-crossing mechanism clears projections up to 400 mm and overall coverage exceeds 80 percent. The operating model has three layers: ground operator control, autonomous work at height and AI visual inspection; the AI vision system recognises facade features and obstacles, plans an intelligent route and assesses the degree of cleanliness itself, while cleaning parameters are controlled precisely. A redundant safety system greatly lowers the risk of work at height; the integrated waste-water recovery unit causes no secondary pollution to the surroundings. The in-house path planning software generates the construction route automatically; at the end of fully automatic work a cleaning report is created by itself. The protection rating is IP54. Commercial office buildings, hotels and city landmark buildings are its main application areas.
