BMR Akıllı İnşaat Asansörü SC200/200ZA

Robot-Ready Intelligent Construction Hoist

The BMR SC200/200ZA is a twin-cage construction hoist with automatic landing doors that takes over the vertical logistics of the intelligent construction system and answers robot calls. Each cage carries 2,000 kg, the 3.2 × 1.5 × 2.45 m cage rises at 36 m per minute up to 242 m; it automatically serves floor calls, in-cage floor selection and robot boarding requests arriving through the vertical logistics dispatch system, carrying robots between floors without obstruction. The safety management system monitors the equipment throughout its life with more than 60 functions on the web and more than 25 on mobile.

Overview

The Intelligent Construction Hoist SC200/200ZA is the vertical logistics machine of BMR's lifting series and is designed for construction robots to change floors. Rated load is 2,000 kg per cage (2 × 2,000 kg), cage size 3.2 × 1.5 × 2.45 m, maximum installation height 242 m, lifting speed 0-36 m per minute and motor power 2 × 2 × 15 kW. Automatic landing doors answer floor calls and in-cage floor selection; the vertical logistics dispatch system receives boarding requests from construction robots and carries the robot to the designated floor automatically, so robots pass between floors without obstruction and the throughput of the vertical transport channel rises. Automatic operation, automatic floor levelling and twin-cage linked control are standard; wireless interconnection, robot dispatch, pre-scheduled waiting, several robots in one cage and smart parking are included. On the safety side there are over-occupancy alarms, real-time anomaly monitoring and maintenance early warning. The safety management system consists of six modules with more than 60 functions on the web and more than 25 in the APP and mini-program: equipment management (inventory, anomalies, remote locking), personnel management (files, certificates, expiry reminders), after-sales management (fault reports, process approval, quality analysis), safety management (inspection records, installation, dismantling, raising and maintenance works), monitoring management (operating dashboard, live video, recording playback) and project management (contracts, revenue data, project details). The factory, the rental and engineering service and the main contractor supervise the equipment's quality and safety throughout its life from this system. It is designed for high-rise residential, commercial complex and office, hospital, school and public building, industrial and smart-construction demonstration projects, for personnel, material and construction robot transport and for multi-robot coordinated sites; for configuration and quotation the building height, number of floors, maximum load and robot transport requirements are provided.

The robot calls, the hoist comes

The vertical logistics dispatch system receives boarding requests from construction robots, sends the cage and carries the robot to the designated floor automatically; several robots ride together in one cage.

The robot calls, the hoist comes

Two cages, 242 metres

Each cage carries 2,000 kg with a 3.2 × 1.5 × 2.45 m interior; 2 × 2 × 15 kW motors raise the cage at 36 m per minute to 242 m. Twin-cage linked control balances the traffic.

Automatic doors and floor levelling

Automatic landing doors answer floor calls and in-cage floor selection; automatic operation and floor levelling remove human intervention, while over-occupancy alarms and anomaly monitoring keep it safe.

Six-module safety management

More than 60 functions on the web and 25 on mobile: equipment, personnel, after-sales, safety, monitoring and project management. The factory, the rental service and the main contractor supervise from the same system.

ENGINEERING ANALYSIS

Intelligent Construction Hoist SC200/200ZA: Technical Analysis

The vertical logistics bottleneck

On a high-rise site the hoist is the single gate through which every movement between floors passes; floor calls go by radio, doors open by hand, robots cannot change floors and waiting time slows progress. The SC200/200ZA removes that communication with automatic landing doors, external floor calls and in-cage floor selection; the vertical logistics scheduling system receives boarding requests from construction robots, sends the cage and carries the robot to the required floor without barriers. Central scheduling cuts unnecessary waiting and repeated trips, raises hoist utilisation and keeps the construction flow continuous.

Intelligent versus standard construction hoist

Control: automatic floor calling, in-cage selection and intelligent scheduling; on a standard hoist manual operation and radio communication. Robot transport: coordinated transport of construction robots; a standard hoist serves personnel and materials only. Landing door: automatic; manual on a standard hoist. Scheduling: central scheduling reduces waiting and repeated trips; on a standard hoist it depends on the operator. Project management: equipment monitoring and full-life-cycle safety management; basic lifting management on a standard hoist. Suitable projects: smart construction, high-rise and multi-robot projects; a standard hoist for simple transport needs. Labour: less manual coordination and supervision. Expansion: integrates with intelligent construction platforms.

Twin cage, full-life-cycle safety management

The twin-cage configuration gives a total rated load of 2 × 2,000 kg; the two cages handle frequent transport of workers, robots, tools and materials at different stages of the project, and linked control balances traffic. The 3.2 × 1.5 × 2.45 m cage rises at 36 m per minute to a 242 m installation height on 2 × 2 × 15 kW motors. The integrated safety management system lets the manufacturer, the rental or engineering service provider and the general contractor supervise the equipment from installation through use, maintenance and project transfer: more than 60 functions on the web, more than 25 on mobile, six modules.

Who it is for

  • Projects using construction robots or automated equipment.
  • High-rise residential, commercial and industrial projects with frequent transport between floors.
  • Sites wanting centralised vertical logistics scheduling, automatic landing doors and floor calling.
  • General contractors and rental services wanting stronger equipment monitoring and safety management.
  • Projects planning a smart or digital construction site.

ENGINEERING EVALUATION

Summary

The SC200/200ZA moves the vertical logistics of a high-rise site from radio calls and hand-opened doors to central scheduling: automatic landing doors, floor calling, robots changing floors by themselves, a 2 × 2,000 kg twin cage, 242 m and 36 m per minute. On multi-robot sites running measuring, coating, sanding and floor robots the hoist becomes part of the robot fleet; full-life-cycle safety management gives the general contractor and the rental service the same screen.
