Overview
The Intelligent Coating Robot is the new-generation fully automatic paint application platform of BMR's decoration series. It is designed as a platform: different function modules make it spray putty and latex paint or sand putty. The spraying editions P45 and P65 carry a 60 litre material tank and work up to 4,500 and 6,500 mm; the sanding editions M40 and M60 reach 4,000 and 6,000 mm with a 100 litre dust box. The P45 and M40 measure 860 × 760 × 1750 mm at about 500 and 450 kg, the P65 and M60 1630 × 1150 × 1750 mm at about 650 and 600 kg. Output is 80 m²/h of single-pass putty and 200 m²/h of latex on the P45, 100 and 250 m²/h on the P65; the M40 sands 60 m²/h and the M60 80 m²/h of putty. Coverage exceeds 95 percent in spraying, 85 percent on the M40 and 90 percent on the M60. The robot perceives building features such as walls, ceilings and bay windows itself; the in-house RTPC real-time perception system starts the job at one touch without pre-scanning, drawings or BIM. With running spray and dynamic flow control, putty and latex spraying output is 6 times manual and putty sanding 2 times; a triple-domain controller keeps spraying and sanding parameters in closed loop. Travel speed is under 0.5 m/s, obstacle clearance 30 mm, gap clearance 50 mm, climb 10° and positioning accuracy ±30 mm; the battery runs 5 hours. In the fine and industrial decoration of homes, schools, hospitals, offices and large public buildings it works long shifts without a break, reduces labour and lowers the risk of respiratory occupational disease. Suitable materials: interior wall putty and water-based putty, latex and emulsion paint, water-based interior paint and primer compatible with the spraying system; a new material is compatibility-tested against its specification or a sample.

The RTPC real-time perception system recognises walls, ceilings and bay windows itself; the job starts at one touch without drawings, BIM or hand scanning. Site construction deviations are detected on the spot.
Six times manual output
With running spray and dynamic flow control, putty and latex spraying output is 6 times manual and putty sanding 2 times; the P65 sprays 100 m² of putty and 250 m² of paint per hour.
Up to six and a half metres
The P45 and M40 work to 4.5 and 4 m with a body that enters residential interiors; the P65 and M60 with the height module reach 6.5 and 6 m. Coverage on walls, ceilings and bay windows exceeds 90 percent.
One platform, four editions
The same base becomes the P45 and P65 with the spraying module and the M40 and M60 with the sanding module, carrying a 60 L material tank or a 100 L dust box. The battery runs 5 hours and closed-loop control keeps quality constant.

Which edition to choose
The P45 (4.5 m, putty 80 and paint 200 m² per hour) for apartments, offices, schools and hotels with standard floor heights; the P65 (6.5 m, putty 100 and paint 250 m² per hour) for high walls, ceilings, hospitals, exhibition halls and large public buildings. The M40 (4 m, 60 m² per hour) for standard residential and commercial interior wall sanding; the M60 (6 m, 80 m² per hour) for high-wall and ceiling sanding on large commercial and public projects. The P45 and M40 at 860 × 760 × 1750 mm pass through a residential door; the P65 and M60 at 1630 × 1150 × 1750 mm carry the height module. Project type, maximum working height, total area and the required process decide the edition.
