Pudu MP2000 in Turkey: Autonomous Pallet Handling Robot

PUDU Turkey Hub & Competence Center

The MP2000, Pudu Robotics' AI-native autonomous pallet handling robot, has joined the portfolio of Robotlar.org, the Pudu Robotics partner in Turkey. The model is positioned to take over repetitive movement of palletised loads in warehouses and production facilities.

Technical outline

The MP2000 carries pallets of up to 2000 kg in a 1585 × 910 × 1870 mm body. Forks lift to 200 ± 5 mm and lower to 80 ± 5 mm, with fork insertion completing in 20 seconds. Travel speed is 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s at full load. Battery life is 12 hours unloaded and 6 hours loaded, with about 2 hours of charging at 200-240 Vac.

Infrastructure-free navigation

Navigation is based on 3D LiDAR-SLAM and VSLAM fusion, with no reflectors, magnetic tape or floor markers. On-board edge AI assesses storage occupancy, pallet type and clearance, and tolerates manually placed pallets offset by up to 15 cm and angled up to 15 degrees.

Which facilities

Warehouses constrained by aisle width stand out: 90-degree pallet pickup works in 2000 mm aisles for 1200×1000 mm pallets and 1960 mm aisles for 1200×800 mm pallets. Two variants are offered: the MP2000 Standard (MPID01-M) with 620 mm fork outer width and the MP2000 Narrow Fork (MPID01-N) with 550 mm forks.

Support in Turkey

The model is offered through Robotlar.org with Turkish technical support, installation consulting and after-sales service, with quote-based pricing set by configuration and fleet size. Full specifications are on the MP2000 product page, and the comparison with forklift and AGV setups is on the comparison page.
