Overview
The Leishen-1 is an intelligent robot developed for inspection and disinfection. The chassis adopts Christie independent suspension and adapts to varied surfaces; the 1700 × 760 × 1060 mm body extends effective spray reach to 5 m and covers 10,000 square metres an hour. A 360 degree pan-tilt camera continuously observes the surroundings and the road; effective control distance is 1,000 m. Operation is simple and highly manoeuvrable; it replaces disinfection performed by staff entering dangerous or contaminated environments by hand. Hospitals, residential communities, shopping malls, car parks, office districts, industrial parks, factory warehouses and public spaces are its target sites.
10,000 square metres an hour
The fogging head sprays disinfectant up to 5 m; 10,000 square metres are covered in an hour. Large volumes such as terminals, car parks and warehouses are finished within a shift.
Staff stay outside
The robot is controlled from 1,000 m; staff do not enter the contaminated or dangerous space. The 360 degree camera shows the operator the surroundings and the route.
A chassis with independent suspension
Christie independent suspension keeps spraying steady over thresholds, ramps and rough ground; tracked drive handles enclosed car-park ramps and outdoor areas.
