Overview
The electric version of the Leishen-1 absorbs vibration under heavy load with Christie independent suspension and drives steadily on varied surfaces. The chassis measures 1700 × 760 × 780 mm, weighs 181 kg and carries 30 kg; two 650 W, 48 V brushless motors deliver 60 Nm of rated torque, speed is 5 km/h, obstacle clearance 140 mm, climbing 30 degrees and stairs. Six independent shock absorbers, three per side, 150 mm rubber tracks embedded with Kevlar fibre and 100 mm chassis height complete the running gear. A 48 V 30 Ah lithium battery gives 1.5 hours of unloaded running at high speed; control distance is 300 m in the open. The sprayer measures 300 × 180 × 180 mm, weighs 6.7 kg and draws 200 W; the nozzle pitches 65 degrees and rotates 360 degrees, and the 25 litre tank treats 6,000 square metres an hour. The body is stainless steel and the wheels aluminium; operating temperature runs from -20 to +60 degrees. It is designed for hospitals, residential communities, malls, car parks, office districts, industrial parks and factory warehouses; the same chassis also serves as a base for inspection, exploration and special-transport robots.
25 litres, 6,000 square metres an hour
The pulse sprayer treats 6,000 square metres an hour from the 25 litre tank; with 65 degree pitch and 360 degree rotation the nozzle covers wall bases and shelf gaps.
A stair-climbing tracked chassis
It climbs 30 degree slopes and stairs and clears 140 mm obstacles. Six independent shock absorbers and Christie suspension keep spraying steady even on rough ground.
A stainless-steel body
The body is stainless steel, the wheels aluminium and the tracks Kevlar-embedded rubber; it is designed for disinfectant chemicals and the -20 to +60 degree temperature range.
A chassis open to development
The same 181 kg chassis serves as a base for inspection, exploration, EOD and special-transport robots; the sprayer module can be removed and another payload fitted.
