The Guoxing PLT1000 is an IP66-rated tracked robot chassis built with watertight materials and structure. It weighs 170 kg and carries 100 kg; it climbs 40 degrees and stairs, clears 180 mm obstacles and reaches 1.6 m/s. For wet ground, outdoor patrol and exploration robots it carries Christie-Matilda four-wheel balanced suspension.

Overview

The PLT1000 is a heavy-duty tracked chassis designed with watertight materials, structure and components for outdoor and wet ground. The 1100 × 800 × 460 mm body is stainless steel, weighs 170 kg and carries a 100 kg payload; interior space is 280 × 300 × 300 mm and chassis height 120 mm. Two 48 V DC motors deliver 82 Nm of rated torque; speed is 1.6 m/s, climbing 40 degrees (stairs included) and obstacle clearance 180 mm. Suspension is the Christie and Matilda four-wheel balanced version with six independent shock absorbers; the tracks are Kevlar-embedded rubber. Protection is IP66, optionally IP67. Motion control is exposed over CAN and secondary development is supported; the top platform is left free for sensing, industrial control, networking and camera equipment. It serves firefighting, EOD, patrol inspection, detection and wading projects. On the same page the manufacturer also lists the larger PKT1200 version.

The manufacturer gives a watertight structure and IP66 protection, with IP67 optional. It is designed for wet ground and shallow puddles; for missions requiring flotation the AT-2000 amphibious chassis is quoted.

The PLT1000 leaves its top platform free for payload: sensors, an industrial control unit, network equipment, a camera or a robot arm. Motion control is exposed over a CAN protocol and secondary development is supported; the integration diagram is shared at quotation.

The chassis is driven by remote control and motion commands over CAN; autonomy comes from the perception and navigation layer the integrator builds on top. Guoxing supplies only the motion platform.
