Guoxing RXR-M120D

Diesel-Powered Firefighting Robot

The Guoxing RXR-M120D is a tracked firefighting robot with a Yanmar turbo-diesel engine and hydraulic drive. Its dual-purpose water and foam monitor throws 120 litres per second to 95 metres, and the operator controls it from 1,000 metres away. It clears 300 mm obstacles, climbs 35 degree slopes and stairs, and drags its own hose line with 6 kN of traction.

Overview

The RXR-M120D is a self-propelled extinguishing platform that replaces trailer and portable monitors: it carries the monitor or water-mist fan to the required point under its own power. A 20 kW, 2,400 rpm Yanmar turbo-diesel drives an ATV-class hydraulic rubber-track chassis; speed is set between 0 and 10 km/h, and it holds a 30 degree side slope without tipping. The monitor pitches from -30 to +90 degrees and swivels 340 degrees; water range is 95 m and foam range 90 m. The body cools itself with water mist, carries 2 × 20 W front and 2 × 10 W rear LED lights, and supplies 20 L/min at 210 bar of hydraulic power; an electric winch with over 1 tonne of pull is optional. Road and rail tunnels, metro stations, underground facilities, large-span plants and petrochemical depots and refineries are its target sites.

120 litres per second, 95 metres

The dual-purpose water and foam monitor delivers 120 litres per second; water reaches 95 m and foam 90 m. With -30 to +90 degree pitch and 340 degree swivel the monitor follows the fire without the vehicle moving.

Diesel power, hydraulic drive

A 20 kW Yanmar turbo-diesel drives the ATV-class hydraulic tracked chassis. It completes long interventions without depending on battery capacity and drags the hose line itself with 6 kN of traction.

Control from a thousand metres

The operator works from 1,000 m with the panel controller. In tunnels, metro stations and underground facilities the crew carries out reconnaissance, extinguishing and smoke extraction without approaching the fire source.

Control from a thousand metres

A self-cooling body

The water-mist self-protection system cools the body under heat load; it climbs 35 degree slopes and stairs and holds a 30 degree side slope without tipping.

RXR-M120D Frequently Asked Questions

The most commonly asked questions and answers about RXR-M120D.

Both share the 2000 × 1100 × 1400 mm body, 1,100 kg weight and the 20 kW Yanmar engine. The M150GD is four-wheel driven with a 150 L/s monitor and 430 mm obstacle clearance; the M120D, at 120 L/s and 300 mm, targets lighter scenarios.

Yes. Climbing capability is given as 35 degree slope or stairs; it clears 300 mm obstacles and has 200 mm of ground clearance.

The robot carries no tank; high-pressure hoses connect from a fire engine or hydrant and the robot drags the line with 6 kN of traction. The 20 L/min, 210 bar hydraulic supply powers additional equipment.

Enterprise supply and commissioning: site survey, import, operator training and a spare-parts plan are worked out together. For a quotation, send the facility type and hose-line length.
