Overview
The RXR-M150GD carries the monitor or water-mist fan to the fire source under its own power in place of trailer and portable monitors. A 20 kW Yanmar turbo-diesel drives a four-wheel-drive ATV-class hydraulic rubber-track chassis; speed runs from 0 to 10 km/h, obstacle clearance is 430 mm, ground clearance 200 mm and roll stability 30 degrees. Wide tracks cross any terrain, turn on the spot, pass narrow doors and wall openings and move on stairs. The monitor delivers 150 litres per second of water or foam, pitches from -30 to +90 degrees and swivels 340 degrees. Three high-pressure hoses connect and are dragged to the designated point. Ambient gas detection, water-mist self-protection, LED lighting, 6 kN traction, a 20 L/min 210 bar hydraulic supply and an optional electric winch above 1 tonne complete the equipment. It is designed for road and rail tunnels, metro, underground facilities, freight yards, large-span plants, petrochemical depots and refineries.
150 litres per second
The highest flow in Guoxing's tracked line: 150 litres per second of water or foam, 95 m water and 90 m foam range. Three high-pressure hoses connect at once.
4WD, 430 mm obstacles
Four-wheel hydraulic drive and wide tracks clear 430 mm obstacles, turn on the spot, pass narrow doors and wall openings and move on stairs. It finds a path through rubble and debris.
Reconnaissance with gas detection
Alongside extinguishing it detects ambient gases; the crew updates the response plan from 1,000 m away using the images and readings the robot relays.
Sinopec delivery
The manufacturer has announced a single batch of 30 RXR-M150GD units shipped to Sinopec facilities. The model is a platform used at fleet scale by petrochemical fire brigades.
