Overview
The RXR-M80D-13KT is a mid-class extinguishing robot that enters flammable, explosive, toxic, oxygen-deficient and smoke-filled scenes at petrochemical plants, tank farms, large warehouses and buildings in place of firefighters. The body stays under 1770 × 950 × 1430 mm and 660 kg; it clears 220 mm obstacles, climbs 70 percent grades, moves at 1.3 m/s and is controlled from 1,000 m. Anti-tipping, anti-collision, lighting and voice functions are standard. The monitor delivers 80 litres per second of water or foam with an 85 m range. A four-way infrared camera watches the surroundings and relays images to the command centre; five gases are measured, the robot gives an audible and visual alarm while running, and it continuously detects the obstacle ahead to avoid collision. Public fire services, oil and petrochemical sites, hazardous-chemical producers, flammable-goods warehouses, logistics centres and ports are its target users.

Four-way infrared vision
Infrared camera images covering all four sides of the robot are relayed to the command centre; in dense smoke the operator keeps sight of the vehicle and the fire source.

The concentration of five gases is measured and the robot gives an audible and visual alarm while running. The crew bases evacuation and approach decisions on readings.
70 percent grade, 220 mm obstacles
It climbs 70 percent grades, clears 220 mm obstacles and holds side slopes with its anti-tipping function. It continuously detects the obstacle ahead and avoids collision.
