Overview
The RXR-MC100BGD is an explosion-proof extinguishing platform designed for chemical-leak sites, oil and chemical plants, nuclear facilities, tunnels, ships and offshore platforms. The 2080 × 1200 × 1280 mm body weighs 1,200 kg and moves at 0 to 1.8 m/s; it clears 500 mm obstacles, climbs slopes above 35 degrees and holds on them without sliding, and crosses a 30 degree side slope without tipping. Protection is IP67 with IP65 on the superstructure; it wades 400 mm and runs for 4 hours. The monitor delivers 100 litres per second at 1.0 to 1.6 MPa; water range is 95 m, foam range 90 m, pitch -20 to +90 degrees, rotation ±90 degrees. The explosion-proof camera turret rotates 360 degrees continuously in the horizontal and ±90 degrees vertically, controlled over RS485 with the Pelco-D protocol. A thermal imager, six-gas measurement, anti-collision, a spray-cooling head, lighting and audible-visual alarm are standard. The 3 kg control box has a 10.1 inch display and a 1,000 m range.
500 mm obstacles, four-wheel drive
Four-wheel tracked drive clears 500 mm obstacles, climbs slopes above 35 degrees and holds on them without sliding; it crosses a 30 degree side slope without tipping.
A 360 degree explosion-proof turret
The camera turret rotates 360 degrees continuously in the horizontal and ±90 degrees vertically, controlled over RS485 with Pelco-D. The operator scans the whole scene without turning the vehicle.
100 litres per second at 1.6 MPa
The monitor works between 1.0 and 1.6 MPa and delivers 100 litres per second of water or foam to 95 m; ±90 degree rotation covers a wide front from one position.
A self-cooling body
The spray-cooling head cools the body at the fire scene and in high temperatures; the thermal imager identifies the fire source accurately in low visibility.
