Guoxing Safari 600T

All-Terrain Tracked Robot Chassis

The Guoxing Safari 600T is an all-terrain tracked robot chassis weighing 100 kg and carrying 80 kg. With Christie suspension and three independent shock absorbers per side it drives steadily on rough ground; it climbs 40 degrees, clears 170 mm obstacles and reaches 1.4 m/s. It is a ready motion platform for exploration, inspection, filming and EOD robots.

Overview

The Safari 600T is the entry model of Guoxing's tracked chassis family, designed for high passability and cross-country capacity. The 1020 × 760 × 360 mm body weighs 100 kg and carries an 80 kg payload; interior space is 510 × 290 × 220 mm and chassis height 100 mm. Two 48 V brushless DC motors deliver 60 Nm of rated torque; speed runs from 0 to 1.4 m/s, climbing 40 degrees and obstacle clearance 170 mm. A carbon-steel body, Kevlar-embedded rubber tracks, Christie suspension and six independent shock absorbers handle heavy load and vibration. Protection is IP54, optionally IP67. Advanced operating modes are customised, motion control is exposed over CAN and secondary development is supported; the top platform is left free for sensing, industrial control, networking and camera equipment. It serves as the motion solution in firefighting, EOD, patrol inspection, detection and research projects.

Christie suspension with six absorbers

Three independent shock absorbers per side take terrain impact; the 80 kg payload rides rough ground without jolting. Camera and sensor feeds stay steady as a result.

40 degrees, 170 mm

It climbs 40 degrees, clears 170 mm obstacles and reaches 1.4 m/s; Kevlar-embedded rubber tracks resist slipping.

Open motion control over CAN

Motion control is exposed over CAN and secondary development is supported. The integrator builds its own perception and navigation layer on the top platform.

Safari 600T Frequently Asked Questions

The most commonly asked questions and answers about Safari 600T.

The 600T Mini is narrower (1000 × 570 × 450 mm) but heavier (138 kg), carries 100 kg and delivers 90 Nm; its speed is 1.1 m/s, climbing 30 degrees and obstacle clearance 140 mm. The 600T is faster and climbs steeper, while the Mini is designed for narrow passages.

The Safari 600T leaves its top platform free for payload: sensors, an industrial control unit, network equipment, a camera or a robot arm. Motion control is exposed over a CAN protocol and secondary development is supported; the integration diagram is shared at quotation.

The chassis is driven by remote control and motion commands over CAN; autonomy comes from the perception and navigation layer the integrator builds on top. Guoxing supplies only the motion platform.

Through enterprise supply and commissioning. For a quotation, send the payload weight, obstacle-clearance need and special requirements; the manufacturer configures the chassis to these values.
