Overview
The Safari 600T Mini is a compact tracked chassis designed for strong terrain adaptability and special operating environments; it stands out with differential turning, high load capacity, low mechanical loss and a high protection class. The 1000 × 570 × 450 mm body weighs 138 kg and carries a 100 kg payload; interior space is 450 × 180 × 300 mm. Two 48 V brushless DC motors deliver 90 Nm of rated torque; speed runs from 0 to 1.1 m/s, climbing 30 degrees and obstacle clearance 140 mm. A carbon-steel body, Kevlar-embedded rubber tracks, Christie suspension and six independent shock absorbers are standard; protection is IP54, optionally IP67. Advanced operating modes are customised, motion control is exposed over CAN and secondary development is supported; the top platform is left free for sensing, industrial control, networking and camera equipment. It is the choice for narrow-passage facilities in firefighting, EOD, patrol inspection and detection projects.

The 1000 × 570 mm footprint passes narrow corridors, tunnels and plant doors; a 100 kg payload and 450 × 180 × 300 mm interior leave room for sensors and batteries.

90 Nm of rated torque against the 600T's 60 Nm; the narrow body carries a heavier load up 30 degree slopes.
Differential turning
Differential turning on the spot gives manoeuvrability in narrow passages; low mechanical loss and IP54 protection (optional IP67) support long missions.
