Overview
The SCB-1400 is the entry model of SEER's counterbalanced line and stands out for its narrow body: 2494 × 1196 × 2010 mm, a 1299 mm turning radius and a 2719 + 200 mm right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet. Rated load is 1,400 kg at a 500 mm load centre, standard lift height 3,000 mm and weight with battery 2,600 kg. AI deep learning recognises multi-size, multi-colour, stretch-wrapped or damaged pallets, racks and cages from several angles; fork spacing adjusts from 400 to 700 mm and automatic fork positioning is optional. One 3D navigation LiDAR (SLM-SLE4248) scans 360 degrees, three SLD40 safety LiDARs, distance sensors and a pallet-recognition camera provide layered protection; braking distance at 1 m/s stays under 50 cm. Speed is 1.0 m/s loaded and 1.5 m/s unloaded; it passes grades under 5 percent, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps; positioning accuracy is ±10 mm and ±1 degree. The 25.6 V 200 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 6 to 8 hours, charges from 10 to 80 percent in 2 hours and swaps in 2 minutes; charging is manual or automatic. Fork width, robot height, colour and logo can be customised. It operates from 0 to 55 degrees.
Full capacity at 3 metres
The 1,400 kg load rises to 3 m at full capacity. The 1196 mm body and 1299 mm turning radius work in a 2.9 m right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet.
A camera that learns pallets
AI deep learning recognises pallets of different sizes and colours, stretch-wrapped or damaged, plus racks and cages from several angles; forks adjust from 400 to 700 mm and automatic fork positioning is optional.

Two-minute battery, two-hour charge
The 24 V 200 Ah battery runs 6 to 8 hours; it swaps in 2 minutes and the fast-charging station fills it in 2 hours. Three-shift operations run without a break using a spare battery.

360 degree protection with four LiDARs
The 3D navigation LiDAR scans 360 degrees; three safety LiDARs, distance sensors and the pallet camera read the scene through multi-sensor fusion. Braking distance at 1 m/s stays under 50 cm.

SCB-1400 Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about SCB-1400.
Open and closed pallets; rack pallets, pallet cages, closed and four-way pallets are recognised. Pallet stacking, cage stacking and high-shelf pallet recognition are optional; pallet dimensions should be shared before quotation.
The SCB-1400 appears in the manufacturer's list without a CE certificate. Projects needing a European-compliant version are offered the CE-certified SCB-2000EU and SCB-3000EU from the same line.
The table says 6 to 8 hours and the sales text 8 to 10. Runtime depends on task intensity; the two-minute battery swap makes the shift plan independent of capacity.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
