Overview
The SCB-2000EU is the mid-class counterbalanced forklift SEER certified for the European market, with an ISO 3691-4:2023 CE certificate. Rated load is 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, standard lift height 3,000 or 4,000 mm; the body measures 2839 × 1161 × 2095 mm (2851 × 1161 × 2105 mm in the 4 m version), weight with battery is 3,230 or 3,410 kg, turning radius 1585 mm and the right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet 2997 + 200 mm. AI carrier recognition identifies nine-legged, open and non-standard pallets from several angles; fork spacing adjusts manually from 400 to 700 mm. One SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR is joined by three SICK safety LiDARs (or two SICK plus one SLD40); there is a 30 m detection range, a 2D obstacle-avoidance laser, a distance sensor and hardware self-checks. Ultrasonic detection tracks the separation between load and forks during stacking while adaptive laser monitors load height in real time. Speed is 1.0 m/s loaded and 1.5 m/s unloaded; braking distances are 30 and 50 cm; it passes 5 percent grades, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps. The 48 V 315 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 12 to 15 hours, charges from 10 to 80 percent in 3 to 5 hours, and 10 minutes of charging gives half an hour of work. Fork width, robot height, colour and logo can be customised.
An ISO 3691-4 CE certificate
The robot is CE certified under ISO 3691-4:2023; this is the document facilities audited to European occupational-safety rules ask for on an autonomous forklift.
Fifteen hours, a two-minute battery
The 48 V 315 Ah battery runs 12 to 15 hours; it swaps in 2 minutes, and 10 minutes of charging gives half an hour of work. Two shifts close on one battery.

Ultrasonic safe stacking
During stacking the separation between load and forks is tracked ultrasonically in real time while adaptive laser follows load height. The forks are not withdrawn on a false empty reading.

Stacking to four metres
Lift height of 3,000 or 4,000 mm is selected; the 2 t rated load applies at a 500 mm load centre. Turning radius is 1585 mm and the right-angle stacking aisle 3.2 m.
