Overview
The SCB-3000EU is the highest-capacity model in SEER's counterbalanced line. Rated load is 3,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, standard lift height 3,000 or 3,500 mm; the body measures 3222 × 1420 × 2228 mm (3302 × 1420 × 2478 mm in the 3.5 m version), weight with battery 4,970 or 5,030 kg, turning radius 1859 mm and the right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet 3348 + 200 mm. The AI depth camera recognises nine-legged, open and non-standard pallets from several angles; fork spacing adjusts manually from 450 to 750 mm on 1220 × 135 × 45 mm forks. Intelligent load-separation detection and soft-body stacking (fertiliser bags, paper rolls) are supported; ultrasonic detection tracks load-to-fork separation during stacking and adaptive laser monitors load height. One SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR is joined by three SICK safety LiDARs; there is 30 m detection, a 2D obstacle-avoidance laser, a distance sensor and hardware self-checks. Speed is 1.0 m/s loaded and 1.5 m/s unloaded; braking distances are 30 and 50 cm; it passes 3 percent grades, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps. The 48 V 315 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 10 to 12 hours, charges in 3 to 5 hours and swaps in 2 minutes. Multiple customisations including fork width, height, colour and logo are offered.
Three tonnes, three and a half metres
The 3,000 kg rated load at a 500 mm load centre rises to 3,000 or 3,500 mm. On heavy pallet lines such as cement, fertiliser and beverages one robot does the work of the two-tonne class.
Stacks soft loads too
Intelligent load-separation detection and soft-body stacking support place deformable loads such as fertiliser bags and paper rolls safely; ultrasonic and adaptive-laser monitoring continue through the stack.
CE certificate, three SICK LiDARs
An ISO 3691-4:2023 CE certificate and three SICK safety LiDARs; a 30 m detection range and 360 degree scanning with a 30 cm braking distance at 1 m/s.
Forks from 450 to 750 mm
Fork outer width adjusts from 450 to 750 mm; the AI depth camera recognises nine-legged, open and non-standard pallets. One robot carries different pallet standards.

The right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet is 3348 + 200 mm in the 3 m version and 3417 + 200 mm in the 3.5 m version; turning radius is 1859 mm. In narrow-aisle warehouses the SSR-1400 reach truck or SlimStack stackers are considered.
With a three-tonne load, ramp crossing is kept under 3 percent; the 2 t SCB-2000EU goes to 5 percent. In facilities with loading ramps the route is planned with the grade at the survey.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
