Overview
The SFL-300L is designed for narrow aisles in electronics and automotive supply plants that move tote dollies and small racks. The body measures 914 × 400 × 1576 mm and weighs 230 kg with battery; minimum aisle width is 600 mm, turning radius 650 mm and chassis ground clearance is kept low. Rated load is 300 kg at a 350 mm load centre, standard lift height 150 ± 5 mm and the single fork 480 × 300 mm. SLAM, QR code, reflector and natural-feature navigation are supported; methods can be combined for secondary positioning and highly dynamic environments, with ±10 mm and ±1 degree positioning. The pallet-recognition camera detects cargo in real time and finds loads even on tote dollies without fixed grooves. An embedded navigation laser, obstacle-avoidance lasers, a 3D camera, a safety edge sensor and photoelectric sensors give 360 degree protection; one SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR is joined by two SLD40s. Speed is 0.8 m/s loaded and 1.4 m/s unloaded; it passes 3 percent grades, 2 mm steps and 5 mm gaps. The 48 V 35 Ah ternary lithium battery runs 8 hours and charges from 10 to 80 percent in 1.5 hours. The modular design is open to height, colour and branding customisation.
A 600 millimetre aisle
The 400 mm body and 650 mm turning radius allow work in a 600 mm aisle; it is designed for tote-dolly traffic at the line side.
Four navigation methods
SLAM, QR-code, reflector and natural-feature navigation on one robot; methods combine for secondary positioning and highly dynamic environments, with ±10 mm accuracy.

Finds grooveless dollies too
The pallet-recognition camera detects the load in real time; it picks and places loads even on tote dollies without fixed grooves.

Eight hours, a charge in an hour and a half
The 48 V 35 Ah battery runs 8 hours and reaches 80 percent in 1.5 hours; with automatic charging it tops up between shifts.

About the SEER SFL-300L
SFL-300L Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about SFL-300L.
No. The SFL-300L is a single-fork tote-dolly and small-rack carrier; carrier type is given as tote dolly and shelf, with a 150 mm lift. For pallets the SOF-300EU or the stacker class is considered.
Both are 300 kg single-fork robots. The SOF-300EU is CE certified, 500 mm wide, lifts 70 to 90 mm and gives 6 hours of battery; the SFL-300L is the non-CE version at 400 mm width, 150 mm lift and 8 hours of battery.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
The SFL-300L is sourced on a project basis: warehouse layout, pallet types, rack heights and the WMS/ERP link are worked out at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery. For a quotation, send aisle widths, pallet dimensions and daily pallet moves.
