Overview
The SFL-CPD20-Y is designed for facilities wanting 2 t capacity in a narrow body: 2782 × 1180 × 2095 mm, a 1597 mm turning radius and 3,130 kg with battery. Rated load is 2,000 kg, standard lift height 3,000 mm, forks 1070 × 122 × 40 mm with outer width adjusted manually from 400 to 700 mm; pallets, racks and cages of different sizes and colours are recognised. Ultrasonic detection confirms load-to-fork separation during stacking in real time. A 40 m detection range, 3D obstacle-avoidance laser, safety edge sensor, distance sensor and hardware self-checks give four-layer protection; there is one SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR and three SLD40 safety LiDARs. Speed is 1.5 m/s; it passes 5 percent grades, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps; positioning is ±10 mm and ±1 degree. The 24 V 200 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 6 to 8 hours, swaps in 2 minutes and the 24 V fast-charging station fills it in 2 hours. Fork width, robot height, colour and logo can be customised.
Two tonnes in an 1180 mm body
Body width is 1180 mm and turning radius 1597 mm, yet it lifts 2,000 kg to 3 m. In narrow factory aisles it does the counterbalanced class's job.
Forty metres of detection
A 40 m detection range, 3D obstacle-avoidance laser, safety edge sensor, distance sensor and hardware self-checks build four layers of protection.

Ultrasonic stacking detection
Load-to-fork separation during stacking is tracked ultrasonically in real time; the forks are not withdrawn while still under the load.

A two-minute battery
The 24 V 200 Ah battery runs 6 to 8 hours; it swaps in 2 minutes and charges in 2 hours. With a spare battery three shifts close without a break.

Both lift 2 t. The SCB-2000EU is CE certified, runs 12-15 hours on a 48 V 315 Ah battery and offers a 4 m lift option; the SFL-CPD20-Y is shorter (2782 mm), runs 6-8 hours on a 24 V battery and gives a 40 m detection range. The certificate requirement and shift length decide.
The sales text says 1577 mm and the parameter table 1597 mm. Aisle planning uses 1597 mm.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
The SFL-CPD20-Y is sourced on a project basis: warehouse layout, pallet types, rack heights and the WMS/ERP link are worked out at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery.
