Overview
The SFL-CPD30-Y is SEER's non-CE, flexibly customised model in the 3 t class. The body measures 3155 × 1420 × 2230 mm, weighs 4,700 kg with battery, has a 1883 mm turning radius and a 3372 + 200 mm right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet. Rated load is 3,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, standard lift height 3,000 mm, forks 1070 × 125 × 45 mm with outer width adjusted from 450 to 750 mm. Intelligent load-separation detection and soft-body stacking (fertiliser bags, paper rolls) are supported; AI deep learning recognises pallets, racks and cages of different colours and sizes from several angles. Ultrasonic detection confirms separation during stacking. A 40 m detection range, 3D obstacle-avoidance laser, safety edge sensor, distance sensor and hardware self-checks give four-layer protection; there is one SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR and three SLD40 safety LiDARs. Speed is 1.3 m/s loaded and 1.5 m/s unloaded; it passes 3 percent grades, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps. The 48 V 300 Ah battery runs 8 to 10 hours, charges in 3 to 4 hours and swaps in 3 minutes. Seven customisation options including fork width, height, colour and logo are offered.
Three tonnes, ten hours
A 3,000 kg rated load and 8 to 10 hours on the 48 V 300 Ah battery; the battery swaps in 3 minutes. A heavy pallet line does not stop within a shift.
Soft-load stacking
Deformable loads such as fertiliser bags and paper rolls are stacked safely with intelligent load-separation detection; ultrasonic monitoring confirms the forks have cleared the load.

Seven customisations
Seven options including fork width, robot height, colour and logo; forks adjust from 450 to 750 mm. Different pallet standards meet on one robot.

Forty metres of detection
A 40 m detection range, 3D obstacle-avoidance laser, safety edge sensor and distance sensor give four layers of protection; braking distance at 1 m/s is 30 cm.

About the SEER SFL-CPD30-Y
SFL-CPD30-Y Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about SFL-CPD30-Y.
Both lift 3 t and share the 1420 mm width. The SCB-3000EU is CE certified, offers a 3.5 m lift option and uses SICK LiDARs; the SFL-CPD30-Y is non-CE, has a 40 m detection range and a 3 minute battery swap. Projects with a European-compliance requirement choose the SCB-3000EU.
The right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet is 3372 + 200 mm; turning radius is 1883 mm. For narrower aisles the reach-truck or stacker class is considered.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
The SFL-CPD30-Y is sourced on a project basis: warehouse layout, pallet types, rack heights and the WMS/ERP link are worked out at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery.
