Overview
The SOS-1000 is the omnidirectional stacker class built to raise warehouse density. 360 degree omnidirectional steering gives lateral movement in 1.8 m narrow aisles and agile turning in 1.9 m confined spaces; flexible routes are planned with motion types such as diagonal trajectories, arcs, lateral moves, detours and cubic Bezier curves. Rated load is 1,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre, standard lift height 1,600 mm; the body measures 1742 × 1018 × 2001 mm (2200 mm in the tall version), weighs 800 kg with battery, turns on a 1445 mm radius and needs a 1994 + 200 mm right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet. Forks are 1220 × 210 × 60 mm with an outer width of 620 or 680 mm. A 3D navigation LiDAR, distance sensors and hardware self-diagnostics are standard, front-mounted 3D cameras for pothole detection optional; there is one SLM-SLE4248 and three SLD40 LiDARs. Speed is 1.0 m/s loaded and 1.5 m/s unloaded; it passes 5 percent grades, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps. The 51.2 V 106 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 10 to 12 hours and charges from 10 to 80 percent in 1 hour. Fork width, height, colour and logo can be customised.
A stacker that slides sideways
360 degree omnidirectional steering moves sideways in 1.8 m aisles and turns in 1.9 m spaces; rack spacing narrows and warehouse density rises.
Bezier-curve routes
Diagonal trajectories, arcs, lateral moves, detours and cubic Bezier curves plan flexible routes; the robot is not bound to straight lines and right-angle turns.

A one-hour charge, twelve hours of work
The 51.2 V 106 Ah battery runs 10 to 12 hours and reaches 80 percent in 1 hour; with the automatic charging station two shifts close without a break.

3D cameras that see potholes
Optional front-mounted 3D cameras detect potholes and floor gaps; the 3D navigation LiDAR, distance sensors and hardware self-diagnostics are standard.

About the SEER SOS-1000
SOS-1000 Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about SOS-1000.
The SOS-1000 prioritises omnidirectional movement and narrow aisles; standard lift height is 1,600 mm. For stacking to 3 m the SFL-CDD14 or SSS-2000EU is considered.
Key figures: two body heights, 2001 and 2200 mm; the tall version's lift height is confirmed in writing by the manufacturer at quotation.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
The SOS-1000 is sourced on a project basis: warehouse layout, pallet types, rack heights and the WMS/ERP link are worked out at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery. For a quotation, send aisle widths, pallet dimensions and daily pallet moves.
