Overview
The SSR-1400 is SEER's reach-truck class for narrow-aisle, high-rack warehouses. The body measures 2140 × 1200 × 2230 mm (robot width 1184 mm), weighs 2,060 kg with battery and turns on a 1480 mm radius; minimum aisle width is 1384 mm and the right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet 2265 + 200 mm. Rated load is 1,400 kg at a 500 mm load centre, standard lift height 3,000 mm; the mast reaches forward to the rack, forks are 1220 × 120 × 40 mm with outer width adjustable from 400 to 700 mm. SLAM, reflector and natural-feature navigation are supported; repeat positioning is ±10 mm and angle ±0.5 degree. An obstacle-avoidance laser, distance sensor and 3D camera give 360 degree protection; there is one SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR and three SLD40 safety LiDARs. Speed is 1.2 m/s loaded and 1.5 m/s unloaded; braking distances are 50 and 72 cm; it passes 3 percent grades, 10 mm steps and 30 mm gaps. The 24 V 210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 10 hours and charges from 10 to 80 percent in 2.5 hours. Fork width, robot height, colour and logo can be customised.
A 1384 mm aisle
Robot width is 1184 mm and minimum aisle 1384 mm; the reaching mast stacks 1,400 kg to 3 m. Pallet density is preserved in narrow-aisle, high-rack warehouses.
Open and closed pallets
Compatible with closed and open pallets; stacking to 3 m, mast reach and transport on one robot. It closes the gap between counterbalanced forklifts and stackers.

A camera that learns pallets
AI deep learning recognises pallets of different sizes and colours, wrapped or damaged, plus racks and cages; forks adjust from 400 to 700 mm.

Three navigation methods, ±10 mm
SLAM, reflector and natural-feature navigation; repeat positioning of ±10 mm. The 24 V 210 Ah battery runs 10 hours and charges in 2.5 hours.

About the SEER SSR-1400

The most commonly asked questions and answers about SSR-1400.
The SSR-1400EU is ISO 3691-4 CE certified and the SSR-1400US UL 583 certified; both use SICK nanoScan3 safety LiDARs, give 8 hours of battery and measure 2190 × 1192 × 2228 mm. The standard SSR-1400 is uncertified, carries SLD40 LiDARs and runs 10 hours.
Because the reach truck's mast extends forward, braking distance is given as 50 cm at 1 m/s and 72 cm at 1.5 m/s; safety fields are defined accordingly at commissioning.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
The SSR-1400 is sourced on a project basis: warehouse layout, pallet types, rack heights and the WMS/ERP link are worked out at the survey; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery. For a quotation, send aisle widths, pallet dimensions and daily pallet moves.
