Overview
The SSS-1500EU is the CE-certified stacker of SEER's SlimStack family designed for narrow aisles. The body measures 1681 × 1104 × 1997.5 mm, weighs 835 kg with battery and turns on a 1295 mm radius; the right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet is 1988 + 200 mm. Rated load is 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load centre, standard lift height 2944 mm; forks are 1200 × 185 × 55 mm with an outer width of 555 / 600 mm. It carries and stacks open pallets; AI deep learning recognises pallets, racks and cages of different colours and sizes from several angles. A SEER safety controller, a safety laser with switchable field sets and dual safety encoders sense running status in real time and adjust; the 3D obstacle-avoidance camera measures the depth of objects between 0.2 and 5 m. The battery swaps in 3 minutes. One SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR is joined by three SICK safety LiDARs; 2D safety lasers, distance sensors and a pallet-recognition camera give 360 degree scanning. Speed is 1.0 m/s loaded / 1.5 m/s unloaded; grade <5%; step 20 mm; gap 30 mm; positioning is ±10 mm and ±0.5 degree. The 24 V 210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 10 hours and charges from 10 to 80 percent in 2 h; charging is manual or automatic. Fork width, robot height, colour and logo can be customised.

The SEER safety controller, a safety laser with multiple switchable field sets and dual safety encoders sense running status in real time; speed and protective fields adapt accordingly.
Depth from 0.2 to 5 metres
The 3D obstacle-avoidance camera scans objects between 0.2 and 5 m and measures depth; hanging loads and protrusions the 2D safety lasers cannot see are caught.
A three-minute battery, ten hours
The 24 V 210 Ah battery runs 10 hours and swaps in 3 minutes; it reaches 80 percent in 2 hours. With a spare battery three shifts close without a break.
An 1104 mm body, 1295 mm turning
It stacks 1,500 kg to 2.94 m; the body is 1104 mm wide, the turning radius 1295 mm and the right-angle stacking aisle 2.2 m. It passes 20 mm steps.

The manufacturer gives the standard lift height as 2,944 mm, sufficient for a 3 m rack level. A different mast height is clarified with the manufacturer at quotation.
The SSS-2000EU lifts 2,000 kg, is narrower at 1039 mm, offers a 1.6 or 3 m lift option and 1.5 / 1.8 m/s speed. The SSS-1500EU stands apart with 1,500 kg, 20 mm step tolerance, a 3 minute battery swap and the 3D obstacle-avoidance camera.
SEER robots are dispatched from one panel with the manufacturer's RDS fleet software; because the robots share the SRC controller family and laser SLAM navigation, different models work in the same fleet. Charging stations and traffic rules are defined at commissioning.
