Overview
The SSS-2000EU is the CE-certified stacker of SEER's SlimStack family designed for narrow aisles. The body measures 1724 × 1039 × 1995 / 2229 mm, weighs 950 / 1175 kg with battery and turns on a 1336 mm radius; the right-angle stacking aisle for a 1,000 × 1,200 pallet is 2003 + 200 mm. Rated load is 2,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre, standard lift height 1.6 or 3 m; forks are 1220 × 180 × 60 mm with an outer width of 555 / 600 / 680 mm. It carries and stacks open pallets; AI deep learning recognises pallets, racks and cages of different colours and sizes from several angles. The body is only 1039 mm wide with a 1336 mm turning radius; 1,600 and 3,000 mm fork heights are available and the 2 t load moves through narrow aisles. One SLM-SLE4248 navigation LiDAR is joined by three SICK safety LiDARs; 2D safety lasers, distance sensors and a pallet-recognition camera give 360 degree scanning. Speed is 1.5 m/s loaded / 1.8 m/s unloaded; grade <5%; step 10 mm; gap 30 mm; positioning is ±10 mm and ±0.5 degree. The 24 V 210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 10 hours and charges from 10 to 80 percent in 2-2.5 h; charging is manual or automatic. Fork width, robot height, colour and logo can be customised.
Two tonnes, a 1039 mm body
The 2,000 kg load rises to 1.6 or 3 m; the body is 1039 mm wide, the turning radius 1336 mm and the right-angle stacking aisle 2.2 m. It is the two-tonne class's stacker for narrow aisles.
1.8 m/s unloaded
1.5 m/s loaded and 1.8 m/s unloaded; the fastest in SEER's stacker line. Cycle times shorten in long warehouse aisles.
An ISO 3691-4 CE certificate
The robot is certified under ISO 3691-4:2023; three SICK safety LiDARs, 2D safety lasers, distance sensors and the pallet camera scan 360 degrees.
A two-hour charge, ten hours of work
The 24 V 210 Ah battery runs 10 hours and charges automatically in 2 to 2.5 hours; two shifts close without a break.
