Overview
The D15S-1 is the 1500 kg autonomous stacker in the forklift family of Siasun's standard mobile robot portfolio. The family is built for the repetitive pallet movements of line-side and production logistics and of warehouse logistics: picking the pallet, stacking it up to a 1600 mm fork height and retrieving it. Navigation is 3D SLAM; the robot maps its surroundings in three dimensions, localises to ±10 mm and ±1 degree and docks at millimetre level with peripherals such as conveyors, racks and stations. The motion set covers forward and reverse travel, turning and in-place rotation, with precise, smooth movement in straight travel, turning and rotation on the spot. Rated operating time is 5 to 8 hours per charge. The body is CE-certified and works in areas shared with people through layered safety devices and 360 degree environmental awareness. The forklift family spans load classes from 1500 to 3000 kg and forks are customised to the customer's pallet; the 2000 kg D20S-1 covers the next load class at the same lift height. Target sectors are automotive, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, 3C manufacturing, food, lithium battery, photovoltaics and tobacco. Pallet stacking at the line side
One of the most repeated movements in production logistics is picking a pallet at the line side and setting it down on a rack or conveyor level. The D15S-1 takes that job away from the hand-operated stacker: it lifts a 1500 kg rated load to a 1600 mm fork height, sets the pallet down and returns for the next task. Because pallet transport, stacking and retrieval sit on one robot, the same body serves line-side, production and warehouse logistics.
