Overview
The FP85-50 is an autonomous robot in the tote-handling family of Siasun's standard mobile robot portfolio, working on the goods-to-person picking model. It enters the rack aisle, takes the tote from a level between 300 and 2300 mm, accumulates totes on its onboard shelves and brings them to the picking station; the rated load is 250 kg. Navigation is laser SLAM or QR code with ±10 mm and ±1 degree positioning; the motion set covers forward and reverse travel, turning and in-place rotation. A charge lasts 6 to 8 hours. Modular design and a range of components adapt the robot to different totes, carriers and material transfer requirements; the tote family's lifting range spans 300 to 6000 mm and the FP95-50 reaches 4000 mm with the same load. This class raises storage density and picking efficiency while lowering total cost in warehousing and distribution, and lifts automation levels in smart manufacturing sectors such as automotive and 3C; high-throughput sorting, handling of high-volume fast movers and storage of irregular items are its highlighted workloads. On the safety side there is compliance with international standards, multi-layer obstacle avoidance and load and material detection on the body; a simple, intuitive interface shortens operator training. Target sectors are apparel and footwear, e-commerce, 3C manufacturing, retail and automotive. The fleet layer is the IMRS 2.0 platform: TCS vehicle dispatch and traffic control supports VDA5050, OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT and connects to MES/ERP/WMS systems; LWS warehouse management, SAS statistics, LPT layout planning, DTS digital twin and IoT modules sit on the same platform. Robotlar.org supplies the FP85-50 to warehouse and e-commerce projects in Turkey with enterprise supply, commissioning and engineering support.
300-2300 mm rack reach
Totes are taken from levels between 300 and 2300 mm; the 250 kg rated load carries several totes per trip.

Laser SLAM or QR code
A choice between laser SLAM, which maps the environment, and QR code navigation reading floor markers; ±10 mm and ±1 degree positioning in both.
Detects load and material
Multi-layer obstacle avoidance and load and material detection on the body; compliance with international safety standards.
Modular body
Adapted to different tote and carrier types with a range of components; a simple interface speeds up onboarding and a charge lasts 6 to 8 hours.
FP85-50: Technical Analysis
The tote comes from the rack to the person
In e-commerce and retail warehouses most of a picker's time goes to walking between racks. The FP85-50 hands that walk to the robot: it enters the rack aisle, takes the tote from a level between 300 and 2300 mm, accumulates totes on its onboard shelves and brings them to the picking station. A 250 kg rated load is enough to carry several totes per trip. This class exists to raise storage density and picking efficiency while lowering total cost; high-throughput sorting, high-volume fast movers and storage of irregular items are its highlighted workloads.
The 2300 mm edition of the tote family
The Siasun tote-handling family offers broad carrier compatibility and a lifting range from 300 to 6000 mm; the FP85-50 is the edition reaching up to 2300 mm, while the FP95-50 climbs to 4000 mm with the same 250 kg load. Modular design and a range of components adapt the robot to different totes, carriers and material transfer requirements. The family raises density and picking efficiency in warehousing and distribution and automation levels in smart manufacturing sectors such as automotive and 3C.
Navigation and safety
There are two navigation modes: laser SLAM, which maps the environment, and QR code, which reads floor markers; positioning is ±10 mm and ±1 degree in both. The motion set covers forward and reverse travel, turning and in-place rotation. On the safety side there is compliance with international standards, multi-layer obstacle avoidance and load and material detection on the body, so the robot does not depart without the tote or with a dropped one. A simple, intuitive interface shortens operator training. A charge lasts 6 to 8 hours.
Applications
- Apparel and footwear: order picking in multi-SKU tote warehouses.
- E-commerce: high-throughput sorting and fast-mover flow.
- 3C manufacturing: tote feeding to the line side and empty tote return.
- Retail: preparing store replenishment orders tote by tote.
- Automotive: moving small-parts totes between warehouse and assembly line.
Price and sourcing
The FP85-50 is sourced for Turkey on a project basis. Investment is set by corporate quotation against quantity, tote and rack configuration, navigation mode, number of picking stations, IMRS 2.0 scope and WMS integration; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery.
