Overview
The FP95-50 is the high-rack edition of the Siasun tote-handling family and works on the goods-to-person picking model: it enters the rack aisle, takes the tote from a level between 300 and 4000 mm, accumulates totes on its onboard shelves and brings them to the picking station. The rated load is 250 kg. Navigation is laser SLAM or QR code; positioning is ±10 mm and ±1 degree and the motion set covers forward and reverse travel, turning and in-place rotation. A charge lasts 6 to 8 hours. Four metres of rack reach store more totes on the same floor area, and levels a human picker cannot reach become active stock space. Modular design and a range of components adapt the robot to different totes, carriers and material transfer requirements; the tote family's lifting range spans 300 to 6000 mm and the FP85-50 is offered with the same load for racks up to 2300 mm. The family raises storage density and picking efficiency while lowering total cost in warehousing and distribution, and lifts automation levels in smart manufacturing sectors such as automotive and 3C; high-throughput sorting, handling of high-volume fast movers and storage of irregular items are its highlighted workloads. On the safety side there is compliance with international standards, multi-layer obstacle avoidance and load and material detection on the body; a simple, intuitive interface shortens operator training. Target sectors are apparel and footwear, e-commerce, 3C manufacturing, retail and automotive. The fleet layer is the IMRS 2.0 platform: TCS vehicle dispatch and traffic control supports VDA5050, OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT and connects to MES/ERP/WMS systems; LWS warehouse management, SAS statistics, LPT layout planning, DTS digital twin and IoT modules sit on the same platform. Robotlar.org supplies the FP95-50 to warehouse and e-commerce projects in Turkey with enterprise supply, commissioning and engineering support.
Four metres of rack reach
Totes are taken from every level between 300 and 4000 mm; more totes are stored on the same floor area.

Several totes at 250 kg
The 250 kg rated load allows several totes to be accumulated on the body per trip; trips to the picking station fall.
Laser SLAM or QR code
Mapped laser SLAM or floor-coded QR navigation depending on warehouse layout; ±10 mm and ±1 degree positioning in both.
Detects load and material
Multi-layer obstacle avoidance, load and material detection on the body, compliance with international safety standards; a charge lasts 6 to 8 hours.
FP95-50: Technical Analysis
More totes on the same floor
In tote warehouses floor area sets the cost; raising the rack is cheaper than renting space, but a human picker's reach ends a little above two metres. The FP95-50 uses the rack up to 4000 mm: it takes totes from every level between 300 mm and four metres, accumulates several on its body with a 250 kg rated load and brings them to the picking station. Storage density rises while the picker stays at the station. High-throughput sorting, high-volume fast movers and storage of irregular items are the highlighted workloads of this class.
Its relation to the FP85-50
The two models share the same 250 kg rated load, the same laser SLAM / QR code navigation, ±10 mm and ±1 degree positioning and a 6 to 8 hour runtime; the distinction is lifting height. The FP85-50 product page states 300-2300 mm, the FP95-50 page 300-4000 mm. The tote family as a whole offers a lifting range from 300 to 6000 mm and the modular design adapts to different tote and carrier types. Where rack height approaches four metres, the FP95-50 is the choice.
Navigation and safety
Laser SLAM maps the environment and needs no floor markers; QR code navigation reads floor codes and is used in grid-ordered warehouses. Positioning is ±10 mm and ±1 degree in both modes. With a mast reaching four metres, safety matters more: compliance with international safety standards, multi-layer obstacle avoidance and load and material detection on the body are standard. A simple interface speeds up onboarding; the motion set covers forward and reverse travel, turning and in-place rotation.
Applications
- E-commerce: order picking in high-rack tote warehouses.
- Apparel and footwear: multi-SKU warehouses with seasonal volume swings.
- 3C manufacturing: feeding component totes from high racks to the line side.
- Retail: tote-based preparation of store replenishment.
- Automotive: vertical storage of small-parts totes and transfer to assembly.

About the Siasun FP95-50
FP95-50 Frequently Asked Questions
The most commonly asked questions and answers about FP95-50.
The high-rack edition of the Siasun tote-handling family: with a 250 kg rated load it takes totes from rack levels between 300 and 4000 mm, localises to ±10 mm and ±1 degree on laser SLAM or QR code and runs 6 to 8 hours per charge.
By rack height: the FP85-50 for racks up to 2300 mm, the FP95-50 for racks approaching four metres. Load, navigation, positioning and runtime are the same.
Laser SLAM maps the environment and needs no floor markers; QR code works with floor codes in grid-ordered, high-density warehouses. Positioning is ±10 mm and ±1 degree in both modes; the choice is made at the survey by warehouse layout.
Through the IMRS 2.0 platform: TCS handles task dispatch and traffic control, LWS is the warehouse management layer; with VDA5050, OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT support it connects to MES/ERP/WMS systems. Station count and placement are defined with the LPT layout planner.
The FP95-50 is sourced on a project basis; import, commissioning and operator training are part of delivery. For a quotation, send rack height, tote dimensions, the number of picking stations and daily order lines.
