How Much Does the XPeng IRON Cost?
IRON has no announced price because it is not yet a product offered for sale. XPeng has stated mass production by the end of 2026 and first commercial deployment in the first quarter of 2027. We plan evaluation and sourcing against that timeline. The estimated figures circulating online have no source traceable to the manufacturer, so they do not appear here either. When Can It Be Bought?
At its AI Day presentation on 5 November 2025, XPeng stated a schedule: mass production is targeted to begin by the end of 2026 and the first commercial deployment for the first quarter of 2027. The first posting is known too, XPeng's own stores, where the robot will work as a shopping guide and sales assistant. That sets IRON apart from a demonstration without a target. What has been announced, however, is a production goal rather than a date for going on sale; nothing has been published about sales to third parties, price or a channel for Turkey.

Where 2250 TOPS Sits in the Class
The figure is clearly above the usual range among humanoids compared in the same class: the Galbot G1 and S1 state 275 TOPS and the Booster T1 200 TOPS. The gap comes from a design choice: XPeng is a car manufacturer, the Turing chip comes from its own autonomous driving stack, and the same silicon is used on the humanoid side. In practice it means the physical-world model can run on the robot without tethering to an external computer.
The Use Scenarios the Manufacturer Shows
Three scenarios are defined on the XPeng page: personal shopping guidance, exhibition hall guiding, and reception with tour guiding. All three are face-to-face, speech-heavy roles that carry no physical load. That is consistent with the announced deployment plan: the robot will first work as a sales assistant in XPeng's own stores. No heavy handling, production line or warehouse scenario is defined, and no payload is stated.
Alternatives Deliverable Today
For organizations needing a full-size humanoid, the Unitree H2 can be ordered in Turkey today: 182 cm, 70 kg, 31 degrees of freedom, 7 kg rated arm payload and approximately three hours of runtime, with 4-6 week delivery, a 1-year official warranty, on-site commissioning and engineering support across Turkey. If a more compact body and a lower budget suffice, the Unitree G1 (132 cm, 35 kg) is worth evaluating. For reception and interaction work the Galbot ET1 also enters the list, though that model requires a sourcing enquiry.
