The BMR Concrete Leveling Robot is a remote-controlled, semi-autonomous construction robot that levels fresh concrete under laser control before initial set, brings the slurry to the surface and holds the elevation; the industry also calls it a robotic floor leveller, and it replaces manual screeding on large concrete slabs. The 15 series with a 1.5 m head levels 160 m² per hour and the 25 series with a 2.5 m head 300 m² per hour; it adjusts screed height, vibration frequency and travel speed in real time and, with a Topcon (SY) or MOBA (MY) laser system, reaches an acceptance rate above 95 percent at ±5 mm flatness. On residential floors, basements, factories, airports and malls it does the work of 2 to 3 levelling workers with one operator, and it is in service from Samsung C&T's Songdo project to the Abu Dhabi data centre.
