The investment is set by corporate quotation according to configuration, in-building task scope and quantity. The quote covers installation, staff training, a 1-year warranty and a technical support protocol (SLA); since no extra hardware is needed for elevator and door integration, the building-side investment is lower.
Technical specifications
A 539 × 515 × 1440 mm body, 15 kg payload, 4 h charging and 8 h unloaded runtime. Navigation uses VSLAM and Lidar SLAM fusion, minimum path width is 65 cm and the screen is a 10.1-inch touch panel. Each of the two arms has 7 degrees of freedom, with a combined reach range of 1600 × 2000 × 1600 mm; PUDU DH11 dexterous hands (6 active + 5 passive) sit at their ends.

Room service, medication and sample transport, office and residential delivery. The enclosed dual-door compartment meets delivery security requirements; the robot presses elevator buttons, swipes access cards and opens doors, so no elevator integration hardware is needed on the building side. Task allocation across multiple robots and smart avoidance in crowds are built in.
