Who It Is For: Exhibitions, Shows, Brands
The A2 Ultra's hardware was chosen for a reception and guiding robot: 3D LiDAR and three cameras find a route through a crowded aisle, the facial screen and array microphone carry the conversation, and facial recognition lets the robot greet the visitor first. Three use areas: exhibition hall guiding, entertainment and commercial performance (it has appeared on CCTV and New Year galas) and IP-customized brand ambassadorship. The AimMaster client is learned in 5 minutes, LinkSoul sets up the knowledge base, persona, voice and greeting lines, and OTA updates arrive every 2-3 months.
Field Evidence and Reliability
Published figures: over a thousand robots in the field, a 92-item full inspection before delivery, and up to 1,300 hours of anomaly-free continuous walking within a 5,100-hour walking test (an average of 21 months with zero falls in typical scenarios). Added to that are the Guinness World Record for humanoid walking distance at 106.286 km, a 24-hour outdoor walking livestream, gold in group dance at the World Humanoid Robot Games, and the 2025 iF and Red Dot design awards. The box contains the robot body, battery pack, battery and accessory chargers, lavalier microphone, wireless emergency stop switch and remote controller.
