UBTECH Walker C1

Full-Size Humanoid Service Robot

The UBTECH Walker C1 is a full-size humanoid robot developed for service scenarios. The manufacturer presents it as the first official humanoid robot representative of the CISCE. A built-in world model and high-performance computing are described, and a built-in motion library lets the robot support dynamic multi-modal movements with customisable motion settings. On perception there are two fish-eye cameras, a binocular camera, a monocular camera, an LCD display, two speakers, four microphones and two high-precision inertial measurement units, with dexterous hands offered as an option. Standard interfaces and a comprehensive SDK provide open development, and a modular design with cross-model compatibility allows single-person deployment.

Overview

The UBTECH Walker C1 is a full-size humanoid robot developed for service scenarios. We supply UBTECH platforms to corporate projects in Turkey through enterprise supply, commissioning and technical integration. Configuration, delivery terms and investment are set by corporate quotation.

The manufacturer presents the robot as the first official humanoid robot representative of the CISCE. A built-in world model and high-performance computing are described, and a built-in motion library lets the robot support dynamic multi-modal movements with customisable motion settings.

On perception there are two fish-eye cameras, a binocular camera, a monocular camera, an LCD display, two speakers, four microphones and two high-precision inertial measurement units. Dexterous hands are offered as an option. It is omnidirectional perception for safety.

On development, full-stack openness is offered through standard interfaces and a comprehensive SDK. Modular design, cross-model compatibility and mass production capacity are said to make the robot ready out of the box with single-person deployment.

One important limit applies: there is no numeric specification table on the page. For a service robot the most critical gap is runtime.

Motion Library and Customisation

The Walker C1 carries a built-in motion library from which it runs dynamic multi-modal movements, and the motion settings can be customised. In reception, guiding and stage use that makes a practical difference, because what the robot has to do changes with every customer. A robot with a fixed motion set cannot be adapted to a new scenario.

Motion Library and Customisation

Open SDK and Single-Person Deployment

The robot offers full-stack openness through standard interfaces and a comprehensive SDK. Modular design, cross-model compatibility and mass production capacity are added to that, and the result is described as a robot ready out of the box with single-person deployment. Installation labour is the line item most often overlooked in the total cost of owning a service robot.

Open SDK and Single-Person Deployment

Omnidirectional Perception for Safety

The sensor set consists of two fish-eye cameras, one binocular camera, one monocular camera, four microphones and two high-precision inertial measurement units. The pair of fish-eye cameras scans the surroundings widely, the binocular camera provides depth and the IMUs track balance.

ENGINEERING ANALYSIS

Analysis of a Service-Focused Full-Size Humanoid

Where It Departs from the Industrial Line

UBTECH's Walker family splits in two. The S line (Walker S, S1, S2) focuses on production line work: carrying loads, assembly support, shift continuity. The C line (Walker C, C1) focuses on service work: reception, guiding, interaction. The split shows in emphasis rather than hardware. What the C1 foregrounds is a motion library, an open SDK and single-person deployment; what the S2 foregrounds is payload, waist angle and autonomous battery swapping. The practical conclusion for a customer is that the two lines answer different questions.

ENGINEERING EVALUATION

Engineering Assessment

What the Walker C1 gets right is seeing the real problem of a service robot: in this work the robot plays a different scenario for every customer, which makes a motion library and an open SDK more valuable than a sealed product. Single-person deployment is also a genuine choice that lowers field cost. Our recommendation to an evaluating organization is to request a technical breakdown for the C1 from the manufacturer.

Walker C1 Frequently Asked Questions

The most commonly asked questions and answers about Walker C1.

We deliver UBTECH hardware to corporate projects through enterprise supply, commissioning and engineering support. Investment is set by corporate quotation against configuration, quantity and delivery terms. With organizations evaluating a humanoid for reception, guiding or trade fair use we discuss the sourcing route and timeline per project. If you want an option deliverable today, the Unitree G1 and H2 can be ordered in Turkey.

Both sit in UBTECH's service line. The Walker C served as a guide robot at the China Pavilion of Expo 2025 Osaka, and its page publishes 163 cm, 43 kg, a 48V 15Ah lithium battery and a 6 km/h running pace. The Walker C1 is a newer generation, foregrounding a motion library, an open SDK, modular design and single-person deployment, but its page shares no numeric technical data.
