The problem addressed

Spontaneous glass breakage raining down from skyscrapers onto pedestrians below, plus energy loss through failing facade seals.

Draft mission flow

  1. 1Gökdelen cam temizleyicilerinin sepetine yerleştirilir veya kendi aparatıyla camdan iner.
  2. 2Metrelerce yüksekteki yüzlerce cam paneli tek tek tarar, silikon derzlerindeki (mastik) kaçakları veya camın iç stresindeki çatlakları (Nickel Sulfide Inclusion) bulur.
  3. 3Bina aşağıya cam dökmeden (Spontaneous Breakage) merkeze kırmızı pingo atar.

Proposed hardware

  • Zoom'lu Yüksek Çözünürlüklü Cam Kırığı Kamerası
  • Yalıtım (Mastik) Kuruluğu Lidar Tarayıcısı
  • Cam Temizleme Vantuz Adaptörü

Proposed software

Navigation
Cam yüzeyli dikey plazaların çatı raylı veya halatlı silme vinçlerine (BMU) otonom entegrasyon
Model
Silikon Aşınma, Cam Mikroçatlak ve Güneş Filmi Yırtılma Segmentasyonu
Integration
BMS (Tesis ve Gayrimenkul Yönetim Merkezi)

Values are manufacturer data. Scenario fit is determined by comparing these limits with site conditions.

From scenario to installation

Feasibility is determined by the site survey: floor and route, network coverage, the charging point, intervention responsibilities and the conditions under which the robot must stop. The survey report defines the scope, the constraints and the commissioning steps.
