Overview
The GALILEO EX-1 is a quadruped inspection robot certified to work in atmospheres with explosive and toxic gases. We supply GALILEO hardware to corporate projects with enterprise supply, commissioning and engineering support. The investment figure is set by corporate quotation according to configuration, quantity and delivery terms.
Ex ⅡB T4 Gb explosion protection and IP67 make the robot deployable in petrochemical plants, gas stations and comparable classified areas. A methane detection sensor, dual-light gimbal and voice intercom module are carried on the body as standard payload.
500 N·m of joint torque and dual encoders keep the 120 kg body controlled over 25 cm obstacles and 30 cm trenches. Remote control runs through an explosion-proof tablet, so the operator carries out the mission without entering the classified area.
