X-Humanoid Tian Yi 2.0 Price and Purchasing: How to Source It

The X-Humanoid Tian Yi 2.0 is a dual-arm service robot that places a humanoid upper body on a wheeled base: an adjustable height between 130 and 165 cm, an 88.5 kg body, 35 degrees of freedom and 275 TOPS of compute on an NVIDIA Orin AGX 64. It was designed for reception, patrol and autonomous transport scenarios that use lifts.

Who It Is For: Reception, Patrol and Autonomous Tasks

The Tian Yi 2.0 combines three jobs in one body. In reception and guiding it works from the organization's own knowledge base; voice interaction answers in under a second, can be interrupted, and the robot can recognise a user's gestures and start the interaction itself. In patrol and inspection, visible light recognition works alongside thermal infrared; the thermal channel turns the inspection scenario into a serious claim because it reveals a hot spot in an electrical panel. In autonomous tasks the robot identifies a lift through an end-to-end vision-language-action model, presses its buttons and swipes cards, requiring no modification to the building. Swapping software modules on the same hardware allows a night patrol and daytime reception pattern. On the other hand, 88.5 kg on a wheeled base means limits in buildings with stairs or thresholds.

Service Robot Alternatives Deliverable Today

If a service robot is needed today, the Pudu family can be ordered in Turkey with warranty and service: the BellaBot for reception and delivery, and the KettyBot Pro for promotion and wayfinding. Neither has arms; if you need a body with arms that executes autonomous tasks, the Tian Yi 2.0 or the AgiBot G2 fall under a sourcing enquiry. For humanoid options deliverable today, see the humanoid robot category.
